One and half year back we went to see F&F homes where we meet saad (builder), we told him about our dream house, he listened to us and understood each and every need of us, how the way we want our house to be done, now recently it has been handed over to us as a more than our dream house he did, he did marvellous job on house. He has very good understanding with customer and listen to their needs. Even he helped us in upgrade in affordable price, we recommend F&F homes if u want to build ur dream house in affordable price. F&F Homes has provided our very custom house build with exceptional value that I don't think anyone would come close to beating.

Even with the difficulties and restraints of COVID-19 regulations F&F Homes was still very responsive and had completed the job within the initial timeframe. Even with the resources and material price hike, F&F Homes have kept true to the fixed price without charging any additional cost.

The appliances picked out in the fixed-price contract have been operating perfectly so far. Not mentioning everything, this includes items such as central air conditioning system, dish washer, sound system, projector screen, ovens, light switches. In our Chinese household, a glass stove top was an obvious upgrade for us, operating and cleaning has been very good.

We brought in a third party inspector post-handover to check every nook and cranny which has provided my family great peace of mind. With that said, all defects that were picked up by the inspector were minor. On top of that, F&F Homes have treated the defect report with care and resolved everything very quickly.

Wonderful experience building with fnf homes as we were involved each and every part of the construction… Saad knows exactly which feature elevates the house look and feel…never miss the deadline of phases and quality of work…

This business is great if you want a cheap build, no contact once payments are made an extreme expense after the handover to fix issues! Money hungry cheapskate. Would not recommend! Disappointed in our new home: (

Dodgy operator. Stay well away. Refer to photos of damage to my neighboring property, and screenshots of correspondence (or lack of from the builder end) I’ve never asked for anything but the damage to be rectified. After I left a review he left a retaliation review on my business page. Such a shame.
