FNF Five Dock reviews
51 Nice gym with sauna and steam room.
One negative is that the free weights are never organised correctly.
I've been a member for a year. In December, (during COVID) I decided to suspend my account until February because just was too worried. Unfortunately, I was charged. When dealing with them, it's ridiculous. You are chasing them up for an answer or they give you credit, not your money back! When I did have my membership, I was entitled to two PT sessions, I emailed and talked to receptionist. I was always met with the same answer, we currently busy or we will get back to you soon. Go to another gym!
Pretty clean Gym and the machines are well maintained.
Would like to see more free weights for the squat rack and bars.
The facilities are a bit old as there are some rubber handles falling off and stuff, however considering the relatively cheap price, friendly staffs, and clean and organised environment, it is a fair gym to go.
One of the best gyms I've been to. Abundance of machines and ample room to train.
Very pleasant and nice staff.
Luv it.
Scotty
Great place to train, has a variety of equipment, not to mention the pool available to members, and the staff are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
Staff broke in to all lockers without notifying any members. Unprofessional service when dealing with this issue.
Failed to provide other services as outlined in contract. Unable to give a basic level of customer service relating to any issues. Will only be supportive if you are giving them money.
I do like the equipment they have and there's plenty of room to work out. That said, it's not 24 hours meaning there are A LOT of people cramping the free weight section during peak hour straight through to when the gym shuts.
Just wondering when the last time the steam room was cleaned? FYI there is mould growing everywhere! Otherwise, a great gym.
Good gym with swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. Already limited timings but now even less than usual.
I train in almost every FNF gym in Sydney because of work, this is the only one where I get constantly harrased by one of the employees (cemil), everyone else in the gym is friendly and they don't bother people as much as he does. The gym would totally benefit from his leave.
Not a bad gym I've been a member for a while, I like that they have sauna, steam room and an indoor pool.
But can you please get a waist exercise machine, also can you open the gym 24/7 that would be great.
Terrible, overcrowded, rude members and even worse staff that allow members to get away with their poor behaviour
Qmax city westfiled staff KAYLE is super rude and unprofessional. We are on the waitlist she won't let us in but at the same time she let other people not in waitlist (or class list) in just becuase she know her. Rediculious KEYLE! The short white girl! QMAX thats how you train your staff?
Not bad gym at all. Good classes, good equipment and nice space but women's changeroom is disaster. Often very busy with little children from swimming classes.
I really do love the facilities this gym has to offer compared to all the other gyms in Five dock. However, the biggest let down with this gym is the closing hours especially on Fridays & weekends. I work two jobs where I travel a lot and it’s very impossible to go in the mornings so I try my best to go at night. But when you are arriving home from work at 8pm each day.you get the point.
You might as well close on weekends for good with those hours.
I really don’t want to cancel my membership but the opening hours are terrible.
I tried bringing this topic up to the attention of a staff member and she said something like ‘our other locations are open longer hours’ (I understand that’s all she can say)
I have a gym within walking distance to my home why would I want to travel somewhere else?
Great gym! Awesome staff and trainers and friendly members. Lots of classes, machines and weights to choose from.
From Beth & Gab at reception to the club manager Andrew - the service and experience here is worth every cent!
Love this gym. It's great value and offers lots of classes at different times of the day. The gym is clean and really large with great staff
Guys don't even bother about this Gym,
They have the worse customer service I ever experienced. They don't even looking in to your eyes to say hello when you arrive
Because usually they are to busy looking at their phones or computer in front desk.
And let's don't start talking about the want to be trainers they are just a joke
Not experience at all and just gossiping about every one the whole day.
Due all of this I just canceled my membership and moved on to a lot better Gym with real Personal trainers and awesome customer service.
Guys let's don't support this kind of poor customer service and abuse!
Make sure you look around before you sign up with this people.
