45 Generally I like the gym for its cheap fee, lovely staff and brand new equipment.
My only complain is it's small floor space and it's short opening hours.
I wish they're open 24 hours.
So far my experience has been great! Personal trainer was fantastic! Staff are warm and friendly! Equipment seems clean and well maintained! Im happy!
Very spacious gym, staff are quite friendly. However people NEVER put the dumbbells into the correct section of the rack which makes it extremely difficult to find the dumbbells your after.
I do quite like fit n fast. Staff are genuine and friendly. PT's are realistic and encouraging. Equipment is clean and works well/high quality. It would be top notch though if the opening hours were until 10pm weekends or 24/7.
Be careful, These guys encouraged me to enter their gym with no cancellation fee. Later I wanted to cancel and they made thousands of excuses for charging me for 2 yrs contract. At the end I paid some cancellation fee and got rid of there. But guess what? They have been charging my card for 2 years! When I called them to reimburse me, same excuses again to delay. I'm now taking it to fair trading and court if I have to. Just be very careful.
