My partner and I were ready to settle, had our documents and money ready to go and told us we could book in a time as they stopped taking bookings after 1pm when our builder and bank reps were available until 7pm. I asked to speak with someone in charge to try and escalate our case as we were going to have to pay $100 a day in penalties and could only book for the following Tuesday.
No call back, rung 3 times. I sorted it out myself. Piss poor performance from you chaps negative 10 stars if I could give it.

USELESS an hour before an electronic settlement which has been repeatedly delayed by their First Legal and we still do not have a payout amount
