Shocking experience with this company which included one of their Directors for a simple tax return. Overpriced with no extra service provided and only deal with clients over email. They treated me with a condescending superior attitude even though I was a long standing client of theirs. I would never recommend anyone use this company.

I have been using the services of FMA Taxation for over thirty years and have complete confidence in their ability to manage my business and personal accounting needs. Shocking service and extremely over priced. Very slow to respond, mostly automated email responses. I now know I could received a better return previous years if I had just completed it myself (after using a far superior company who where very thorough)! When I queried why their prices had doubled from the previous year, more than DOUBLE most competitors, the Director wrote a very condescending and rude email advising me that they prefer to handle returns for 'high net worth families' only. Do not use this company unless you want to pay big $$$$ for a crappy return, dealing with people that have a superiority complex.
