Fluid Building Services were appointed to remediate our block of 15 units in Brookvale. The project was split into two phases. The first phase took around 12 months to complete, the second phase recently completed under budget and prior to the target completion date.

The crew at Fluid developed a great relationship with owners and tenants and implemented some alternate solutions to improve the quality of the project without compromising the desired effect.

Fluid are down to earth, exceptional quality and always return swiftly to attend to any issues occurring after completion.

Congratulations to the whole Fluid gang for achieving 25 years in business. I first encountered Fluid about 15 years ago when they tendered to do spalling remediation work in my unit block. I was a concrete spalling virgin and was shocked to learn of it. Fluid's quote to address it seemed reasonable and was the most detailed and reassuring we received. I was so glad we accepted it. They did a fantastic job, every workman was professional and friendly, every issue raised was discussed and addressed promptly and the outcome was excellent. I have since used them for major building remediation and personal unit renovations and I have recommended Fluid to others who have been similarly impressed. A few years ago we were looking to undertake a major upgrade on our 4 level apartment block in Manly. We had asked around and had heard nothing but good comments and experiences with Fluid. The job went to tender and Fluid were competitive on price and were awarded the contract. The job lasted about a year. I cannot speak more highly of Fluid and the job they did.
The quality of the work was excellent. Clint's ability to identify and deal with issues as they occurred meant that the job progressed without any hitches.
In the end, a job well done with a first class result that all owners were really happy with.
Many passers by have since commented that it now looks like a new building.
I would highly recommend Clint and the Fluid team to anyone looking to undertake this sort of remedial/restoration building work.

The job Fluid did for us flowed very smoothly.
Staff were polite and competent, project completed in agreed timeframe and outcome exceeded expectations.

We have just successfully completed our second big renovation project with the team from Fluid and we are so happy with the results.
While Fluid has certainly grown over the 10 years between our 2 projects, it still retains the ethos of a small business with the resources of a large organization.

As part of the building committee at the Manly Skiff Club we face many challenges managing and upgrading a building that has been hobbled together over many years. This included many remedial issues such as structural and concrete cancer issues under the main trading floor. Fluid Building has worked closely with the club to develop solutions that rectify remedial problems while minimising the effect on trade and delivering upgrades to the building, enhancing our customer’s experience.
Our most recent project with Fluid Building has been rebuilding the club’s rigging deck. I am happy to say the project has been delivered on time, over spec’d and under budget ready for the 2023/24 sailing season.
