This people don’t deserve even one star.
Penny was so rude on the emails.
They ruined my 1st year wedding anniversary by sending me couple of roses that were already dead the petals were falling. Penny told me to return them the same day like if I was even go back to the shop in my anniversary day. The wrapping paper was all wrinkle. It was totally a disaster. I didn’t even hear from them an apology.

So disappointed with this shop. I will highly recommend NO BUYING anything from this shop.

I recently moved to the area and hadn't used Flowers On Norton St before so was egar to place my order.
I went into the store on Tuesday without any real idea of what to send a colleague that was leaving work. I was served by Marisa who was just so helpful and really understood the soft pastel colours I was after. The flowers were delivered right on time on Thursday and exceeded my expectations, i couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful! You will definitely be seeing more of me in the future

These people are great. I placed an order for “Florist Choice Bright Petite Posy” online 1: 30pm for same day delivery thinking it was a big ask and I’d be happy with next morning - but the most beautiful bunch - and hardly petite - arrived late that afternoon. They always do a great job but this was outstanding even for them. This photo is of them over a week later…

I don’t know where to begin! Honestly! I have been going to Flowers On Norton for many many years now - never received the best service but flowers where always nice so I kept going because they are local but after my visit this week never again! Pathetic! I spent over $150 and no smile, no customer service at all! If they ran their business solely on customer service they would have shut down a very long time ago! I was served by a lady with lighter hair! Not one smile the whole time - didn’t even ask how I am - everything I asked just seemed to be an effort for her! I read on an earlier post the owner said it’s hard to please everybody all the time! NO ITS NOT! CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD COME FIRST! Miserable bunch of women! They won’t be seeing me again!

Thanks to the staff at Flowers on Norton St for a very speedy turnaround of a delivery. I ordered about 8.00am and the arrangement (which exceeded expectations) was delivered around 2 later. A week later and the arrangement still looks great. Thanks again and you will definitely be my florist of choice moving forward.

Amazing flowers! Order always arrive looking like the picture online. I also love how I can add a grazing platter, bottle of wine or cake to my flower delivery. I never shop for flowers anywhere else now.

I ordered a grazing box and added a bottle of bubbly for my daughter who had just had a baby, it was delivered within 24 hours and the envy of both her and staff at the hospital. Lovely packaging and gorgeous produce. Would highly recommend. Cheaper and more memorable than flowers.
