It was a last minute birthday idea to send a friend flowers. I put in an order at 11am on the day and they were delivered across the city by 3.30.and the person was thrilled with how beautiful they were.
The ordering and payment was easy to do.
Totally happy with the service.
Would recommend.

Amazing roses. The colour was just the most beautiful dusty pink. I sent these with chocolates and champagne as a thank you and they were so impressed with the overall presentation.

Very poor customer experience. I ordered flowers on Wednesday 04/05 to be scheduled for delivery for my partner on the Friday the 06/05 everything all good and paid. No flowers delivered, so I made a phone call Saturday morning the staff member advised they system issues with the order and they would have them delivered that day with extra chocolate. Not only did they lie about the extra stuff being added to the order but the flowers were falling apart and damaged. I really don't recommend this company as they blandly lied and sent a product already damaged and charged me the full price.

Service performance poorly!
A number no one answers when something goes wrong and only works business hours Monday to Friday!
The flowers I purchased were for a mothers day not for 3 days after

After purchasing an order it & waiting all day I contacted the company & they had refunded my order for no reason & their staff couldn’t give an explanation. Than had to order again & still didn’t get to where it was meant to go until almost 8pm the next day & they didn’t even deliver the whole order. I have emailed and call no response. Will never order from this company & if you want your flowers delivered same day don’t use this company.

Excellent response to my call. Within a few hours a beautiful arrangement of flowers was delivered to my grieving friend which trulý delighted her & lifted her spirits, which was my hope & intention. Thank you, great job.

Beautiful flowers, arrived as pictured if not better. Delivery was on time and no problem given delivery was to an apartment building. Would order again!

I ordered flowers for an elderly relative and in the evening. They weren’t delivered until 26 hrs later!
I called the store at 4: 30pm and asked what had happened and apparently there had been a driver issue. They assured me they would be delivered by 7pm. O had made it clear they would need to knock and call out to her. 8: 15 pm tonight the flowers were delivered without a word. Won’t use FFE again!

We ordered 'The Bees Knees bouquet' for a family member in Sydney, we're in NZ. I have ordered several flower products for her in the past from other companies, and have been deflated when seeing the bouquets via face-time. It was great to finally have a company whose bouquets were an exact match to their pictures. We specified a time, and they obliged, even though they say they cannot do this. We will definitely be returning to order with you in the near future. Much appreciated:)

I ordered flowers and a beautiful candle after midnight, online, to be delivered to Sydney’s Northern Beaches and they were delivered promptly several hours later that day exactly as pictured. I was kept up to date via sms the whole way through up until delivery. The flowers even had a perfume and the recipient was extremely happy.

I sent a bunch of roses for the valentines gift. I do this for many years with Flowers For Everyone. Just now, realised the roses are counted 13. She did not realise. I hope never happens to anyone superstitious.

The customer care utilised my store credit to deliver a beautiful bunch of tiger lilies. Appreciate the team for constant follow up until the issue was resolved. Lauren and Mel were fantastic! Would use them in the future too!

Not only the flowers (of low value) were replaced without my consent the product delivered was entirely different to what was displayed on website. After speaking to the customer service they bluntly denied my refund and denied any further help. The flower arrangement looked horrible with random placement of flowers. First time experience and extremely disappointed.

Just want to say I am so happy with the service. This is my first purchase. The flowers are gorgeous and I love your packaging. Definitely the next level up in floristry! The service was seamless, quick and efficient. We will be back for the next one! I highly recommend these guys!

Although flowers were as seen in photo, it was a let down that the driver delivered it to the wrong building complex and did not even attempt to make contact with the recipient. Thankfully, someone from the building spotted the incorrect delivery drop off address and called her and that the flowers were not taken. Contacted FOE and just got excuses saying that they did deliver it to the correct area. Upon closer look, the details on the card did not have the unit number written on it though my verification email confirmed I had it written down. The other flowers I ordered same day to a different recipient had the unit number on the delivery card so they obviously made an error or missed something when printing. Just got excuses saying that it was in the drivers notes. Why then was it left in a lobby of a different building. These flowers ended up wilted by then time it got to the recipient.

If anyone from your team bothers to respond to this, I spoke with Lauren and would prefer to speak with someone else

Don't bother. I placed an order a week in advance of my grandmother's 98th birthday and the flowers didn't arrive. Can't complain via telephone as the business is closed for the day. Blew my money. Not happy, Jan, and will be seeking a refund.
