Flowers Across Sydney are the best company I have ever used. I ordered my gift in England late evening and they were delivered first thing the next day to Bondi Junction. I chose blue orchids which were fantastic. I will certainly be using them again.

I chose this Flowers Across Sydney because I felt they were reasonably priced compared to other options, particularly with the cost of delivery factored in. I had a very positive customer experience, and feel that the delivery driver went above and beyond to get my flowers delivered when the Hospital I was delivering to could not find the recipient in their system. I also had a great experience with the two people who assisted me on the phone.

Flowers didn't arrive on time for a Birthday (apparently the driver had car trouble 5mins before they were dropping them off) and I don't believe that when they arrived the next day they were fresh as there were wilted, very disappointed we wont be using this service again.

I'm always hesitant to send flowers becausei just never know what is being sent out! I chose florist choice and hoped for the best. After the flowers were delivered the recipient sent a photo of what they recieved and I was SO HAPPY.and they were too!
