My must- go place every month. I like succulents and always go there to buy. I really enjoy looking at the flowers, succulents, herbs there.
The store often send me email about what is on special and what discount program is going on. It’s really helpful.
After browsing inside the store, we have lunch or coffee at Bud coffee there. They have very nice pumpkin soup. If you follow them in social media you can have free coffee.

My favourite place to be! Here you will encounter the fresh breeze, the beautiful sight of a thousand flowers, open space and an air filled with fragrance. You can find every plant and item to fulfil your plant needs! Employees are also super helpful and knowledgeable, and there's a fabulous cafe next door for a quick coffee-boost for the day, or a quick friendly catch-up!:)

Attended this store and didn't purchase anything but leaving the store I was asked to check my handbag and sure I agree with checking bags I work in retail myself but my bag was so small it only just fits my wallet and phone what do they think I am going to put in there. Not only was I disgusted but my husband and also another customer leaving at the same time I will never enter your store again.

Well stocked and fair prices for all your gardening needs. There is a florist and a Weber shop that stocks all models and accessories. Cafe for quick snacks. Plenty of off-street parking.

It's beautiful cafe, we had brunch and taste just okay.

What wonderful staff at Taren Point. Been there many times and they are always willing to go the extra mile, especially Chloe and Andrew.

Good garden centre at Taren Point basically everything you need. Plants seem a little over priced but with specials become more reasonable.
Wish they had pots on special more often. Service is good with members vouchers.

Customer service at the check out was unprofessional when I visited the store last weekend. I was going to purchase two flower pots from the same shelf with a sign 50% off. I checked the dimensions of the pots to make sure they were on sale and their new price as per their sign. As it turned out one of the pots was not on sale. I was left feeling very uncomfortable by a grey haired staff member going out of her way to prove how it was all my mistake and even discussing the matter with her colleague so I could hear it. Not only the store made it very confusing for the customers to know which items are on sale by mixing them with full price items on the same shelf, the customers then get humiliated and blamed for this well known marketing trick. And many will pay full price just not to be placed in this position!
Not going back to this particular store and if the management is smart enough, they should train their staff to apologise to customers for misleading them instead of ruining their mood on a weekend afternoon.

I have come to pick up rewoodchip and I have picked it many times before this and I'm a customer of Flower power for the last 10 years
Ryan the manger from outdoor mager came and told me that I couldn't use my own bag, even tho I have used my own bag for baulk stuff.
And he was extremely rude about it and the lady with him wasn't very helpful as well.
Watch out for Ryan people!

This store has quality homewares and lovely plants. However there is always a shortage of trolleys and no staff for customer service that I could find. Given there store has so many heavy pots and large plants, it is strange there are no trolleys to be seen- a reoccurring problem here!

I was interested in buying a large item but I couldn't find a trolley so I gave up and went elsewhere. What a waste of time!

I recently purchased some of your beautiful designer terracotta pots & miniature lemonicious from your Tarenpoint store. I was very impressed with Mitch who assisted me to make a decision with his excellent knowledge & advise I felt happy & confident to go ahead with my purchase. Thank you Mitch.

Good selection of plants & knowledgeable staff. Plants are healthier and better care for than those available at other large outlets.

The best garden store in town, with plenty of options of plants, flowers, soil and accessories and a fantastic range of homeware. Staff members are extremely friendly and always happy to help. It's pricey, but they normally have specials on and you always get some credit vouchers to spend in your next visit.

I visited the store to purchase phalaenopsis (moth) orchids in mid April & was very impressed with the vast quantity they had in all different colours. All of the plants were very strong & healthy.

Now, over a month later (photos taken today) the flowers are even more beautiful as some extra buds have now opened as well. The large one was $51.99 & the smaller one was $36.99 but I was fortunate as they were having their 20% off promotion at the time which reduced the price.

Please note that they did not come with the decorative outer pots that I have their pots standing in now.

If you buy one of these beautiful orchids they are very easy to care for & so much better than cut flowers. The main thing is DO NOT kill them with kindness by overwatering. Feel the growing medium & only water when it has dried out to be only slightly damp, approx every 2 weeks in the cooler months. Also, do not put them in direct sunlight, they like bright or filtered light.

It is a great place is you are looking for any amazing outdoor or landscape related stuff. They have an amazing variety of plants, pots as well as homeware. The only thing is that it is divided into two shops based on indoor and outdoor sections which you might miss if you are for first time.

Huge Nursery with almost everything you could possibly need.
There is a separate cafe outside, and also a separate landscaping area.
Plenty of free parking, and toilet facilities are available.
Tradies can apply for a discount card for 20% off plants, and 8% off landscaping.
There is also a discount card available for the general public.
Staff dressed in orange are very helpful.
They also have discounted plants on trolleys throughout the nursery.

Absolute legend James is for giving us a hand with our plant setup, even more helpful putting the potting mix into the car for us. Full service.

I have had an exceptional experience throughout from a wonderful Lady by the name of Lauren.
Unfortunately the pineapple plant I ordered and it was transferred across was the wrong one.
I had been communicating throughout with Lauren and she always was bright, professional and a lot of fun to talk to, nothing was a bother.
I did ask if it could be refunded and Lauren once again was on the ball. When I went across and met this wonderful person we got talking and Lauren said she was more than happy to try another store for me. Luck was on our side and she organised for the plant to be transferred over once again. Lauren messaged me when it had arrived and it is lovely to be able to have a bit of a banter with someone. I pick up my plant, thanked Lauren for being such an Angel for what she had done for me.

Extensive garden centre with good range of plants & interior furnishings.
We drove up from Wollongong to shop here.

We purchased some flowers from their florist to have them wilt, drop their flowers & start to die within 2 days. Flowers from Woolies are better quality than these.
