Very good experience had all the plants I wanted and the staff were very helpful with selection and advice great selection for a small nursery.

A BIG thank you to Jodie & Vicki from Flower Power Penrith. Your assistance with my 2 x large indoor replacement plants was very much appreciated! Jodie went above and beyond with her customer service while Vicki chose 2 x beautiful replacement indoor plants. I was very happy with the customer service that i received from these 2 outstanding employees.

All ok.except nearly tipped trolley 0ver on sloping exit to carpark.almost hit customers on the way into venue.suggestypu move the cash register to other end of shop to reduce the angle of exit to carpark?

Placed my online order last week and was ready to be picked up the next day.website very clear and easy to browse through very quick pickup service and excellent service overall. Receive a very healthy and stunning plants that i couldn't have picked better myself! When i visit the nursery back in 2019 before covid they always have very happy healthy plants and always an excellent service from the team!

Click and collect is a waste of time, ordered go into store to be told it will take days, don't offer the service if you can't fulfill orders

Recently purchase online click and collect, super friendly service, advice and excellent quality plants provided! Looked like staff were under the pump but that didn’t hinder a friendly smile.

Placed a click and collect order on 2/9/21, received an email two days later, advising there are delays due to volume of orders. Two follow up emails, no response from either or follow up on the order.
If you can't fulfill a service, don't offer it.
Very disappointed

Made a phone enquiry at 3pm on Wed 8th September with the view to purchase was advised they would check availability and come back to me. Followed up at 5pm that day and was given the same message saying they would get back to me Thursday morning. Followed up again 1.15pm Thursday and was advised someone would get back to me. It is now mid morning the following Saturday and I still have no call back. Poor form Flower Power Penrith.
I would love to just be able to go to another nursery but there are none in my local area and covid restricts me from going to other areas of Sydney.

Lovely Garden Centre with fair prices. They have a very good selection of plants and the staff are very helpful.

Very Friendly &Helpful, they Answered my questions i had as I've been in the garden for awhile. Very Pleasantly to shop as after lunchtime was best for me. Not all stock was there as Soldout as the Sales was on the weekend i Missed Out on.

Always good, helpful and friendly staff, good advice and a lot of products available. Some may be cheaper elsewhere but if that is what you want go there. I just like what I get at flower power for my needs.

Used Flower Powers Gardening Service for the lower Blue Mountains. Absolutely amazing. Turned up on time, every time, installed a watering system, runs perfect. Planted passion fruits vines and they are thriving. 11/10

Excellent plant selection but some plants are too expensive compared to other garden centres. For example. Alocasia Red Cuprea are AUD$99

Grandson gave me a generous gift voucher so off I went for an adventure, gorgeous everywhere you look, great variety and pricing, I even scored Vege and herb punnets for $1!

Very good plant, tree, shurb, hurb collection almost everything you need you get here for small, medium, big, kitchen Gardens. All types of landscaping supplies available. Too good for DIY projects. Must visit and become member for regular updates.

The biggest issue I have with Flower Power Penrith is, my garden is full. Great range of plants and helpful staff. If they don't have what you want, they will order it in for you.

I was overwhelmed at the service I got from at least 3 staff, unfortunately I didn't get ther names, but nothing I asked was 2 much trouble.thank u
