Flower Power Garden Centre Mascot

Discovered my pot had a huge crack in it. Sent emails with photos, with no reply then after chasing them up, I was told to bring it back into the store for exchange. Once I got there was met with blank stares and basically told to leave.
CHEAP PRODUCTS + CHEAP LABOR = NEVER GETTING STUNG BY THEM AGAIN!

This flower garden has many varieties of flowers available, which vary with the seasons. There are also many tools and materials for planting flowers, and materials for gardening can be bought here.

We popped in yesterday & were so pleasantly surprised how lovely the atmosphere was. The lay out is inviting the people seem very nice. We bought a few plants and a beautiful blossom tree. We went back again today to buy a chair we had fallen for and more plants. Differently worth being a member too. We've decided this is our favourite plant shop now.even though its further to drive to than other. Good service does that the people, so well done. 5s

Got my first pot tree from here, lovely service and lot of variety of plants. Slightly higher price compare to Bunnings but good quality.

I love this place and their plants last really well. They have a really good rewards plan too which helps when you're a crazy plant person. I bought a large Monstera from them and it is so healthy. I've had it for about a month now, it's still in great condition and is throwing a large new leaf!

Great range and healthy plants. A little bit pricey for some items, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Have a membership with rewards that is worthwhile. A bit crowded at times and there is no cafe here anymore.

A lovely place to find plants, pots and other things like outdoor furniture. They have all sorts of herbs, fruits, veges and flowers and good discounts. They also have a reward program. The best of all it doesn’t feel like a typical garden centre. It’s designed in a way that it feels like you’re taking a walk in the park. There’s plenty of parking at the Mascot branch

Very nice wide selection of plants and garden tools, we usually spend hours here. The service has been consistently kind and attentive.

Don't use their gift card service on weekends. They only check this service Mon - Fri, which you can read in the fine print somewhere. In saying that, the gift card we ordered hasn't arrived, now 4 days later. How hard can it be as it is an e-mail gift card.

I’ve been postponing a review for ages, as I like the plants they sell. However, their customer service is terrible. The only nice person is the Asian guy (don’t know his name). Today I went to get plants, like I do every single month. They always get the plants on offer wrong, for some reason their prices are not updated. So they make you go and show them, which is both embarrassing and annoying. I don’t go to a plant shop trying to get deals that aren’t there? I told the guy (talk, Australian with white hair) that my leg was sore and that I’d prefer not to walk, besides, it’s their job to go and check, not mine. He got offended and asked me again to go, so o left the plant behind. In times like this, they should be grateful to have a job and willing to spread some nice vibes to their returning customers. Another day that I leave disappointed and annoyed, when the experience should be the complete opposite!

I ordered 2 Ehlo grow tables, potting mix, seeds and dynamic lifter from the lovely Kate and Ryan. They were super helpful and so patient in helping me despite the current challenges - the order was delivered on a date I wanted and the guys making the delivery helped me carry the big bags of potting mix into my garage. 10 Star service if I could give them that many. 10/10 would recommend the team & the centre and I will definitely visit the shop in person once things go back to normal.

GREAT VARIETY BUT DISAPPOINTING THEY DON'T TAKE OVER THE PHONE PAYMENTS FOR PLANTS AND DELIVERY ANY MORE.

Amazing service from all staff but especially Ryan. I was just expecting to be pointed in the right direction for the plants I was after but Ryan not only took me to them but also gave me easy to understand directions on finding the best plants and how to best take care of them. For a brown thumb like me I feel so much better prepared to not kill my plants!

A bit of a hidden gem, a enjoyable place to come and have a look around, im sure you wont leave empty handed, theirs something for every occassion, and their plants are top quality, the place is huge, with extensive home wares, gifts, pots and of course an amazing aray of indoor and outdoor plants.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Enjoy browsing through the Garden Centre When able over the weekend (s).
