4.3 - Liked wandering around a large nursery, discovering both indoor and outdoor plants and pots. Generally lots of people but still quite efficient at the queues. Prices are average - I have seen many pots that are expensive but they do have a loyalty program so maybe that helps? I like a lot of the smaller succulent pots but have found them to be quite pricey as has other items such as special watering cans and indoor plant lights. Good to have a look anyway!

Appalling customer service from the nursery department. One staff member was extremely rude and non supportive in an way. Will not be returning back.

Great atmosphere, great food. I love the pancakes & the Eggs Your Way! I love how the outside tables have a great garden atmosphere too. Great place for breakfast and lunch meetings too.

I had very disappointed experience
I requested quotation for Cypress mulch over the phone at 1: 20pm 19/22/2022 in Enfield shop.
One of staff said it will be $ 57 per cubic meter.
And then I tried to order over the phone, they told me to come and pick it up without order.
Therefore I gave a quote to my client followed by that price.
But when I've been the price was double than phone.
Hence I suffered a huge loss.
I called store to complain the situation, but manager also doesn't seems care.
And I contact customer service as well.
I haven't heard anything from them after 10days.
Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I have been a regular customer at Flower Power. There was a staff member called Jake, who I had a good rapport with. He knew a lot about roses and chrysanthemums and often gave me very helpful advice. I was disappointed on my last visit to discover he no longer works there. That is the only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Top drawer florist and nursery that has everything you’ll need. Often great bargains to be had, knowledgeable staff and even a cafe inside for a quick pick me up.

Decent Flowerpower! Range and quality of plants it usually very good! Love the selection of indoor plants especially. Staff can sometimes be a little hit or miss with their customer service and a few times I have had questions specifically regarding plant health or plant care and team members replied with "I dont know" or "I am not a plant specialist". Otherwise enjoy this location.

Great place to grab your breaky, brunch or tea. Such an amazing settings in the nursery. To enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy your cuppa.trust me. You'll enjoy it.xx

Went to the Cafe. Food and coffee was nice, though waiting staff have a habit, when they're close to you of pulling down their masks to speak to you, if they have it covering their faces at all. Quite concerning when I have a vulnerable family member that I'm trying to protect from the virus, by not getting it myself and passing it on.

Good plants and products. Only concern is the fungus gnats. They need to resolve it because everytime I purchased, I got fungus gnats infestation in my place, so the strongest plants survived beautifully upon treatment but mostly died if plants were not established yet

I ordered herbs on line as I'm a visitor to Australia and didn't know any nurseries.
The response was quick and efficient and then I saw it was click and collect, so I had to find my way there. Its a beautiful looking nursery. I had limited time, so I collected my herbs and left. The service was good.
I had pots prepared with the correct compost and planted the very small seedlings in a filtered sun area and watered them daily. All the basil seedlings and most of the coriander and parsley seedlings have died. I am so disappointed. It was a waste of a lot of money.

One of my favourite nurseries in Sydney - always stocked with new and rare plants throughout the year. Relatively cheap plants, and great but exxy pot range.

Huuuugeee selection of great plants, both indoor and outdoor. Prices are decent, with some really solid deals. Also have a nice selection of homewares and outdoor furniture, but it's verrrry nice so decently pricey. They also have a cafe which is closed right now due to COVID

One of Sydney’s best nurseries. It’s large. Excellent variety of plants and gardening items. We spent 90 minutes in the store. One to of on-location driving. All products are displayed well. Easy to find plants and items. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cafe as well. A large greenhouse located at the rear of the property.

Great range and variety of plants and garden accessories, friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the horticulturalists in the orange shirts, and reasonable prices.

I used Flower Power's design service for a new garden. It was ok and the garden was planted. I was recommend to install "mature" plants which meant that I spent several thousand dollars on this garden. Within a matter of weeks, three of the mature plants had died. Repeated requests to Flower Power for a replacement have been ignored. I then requested a refund for the dead plants. I have been told time and time again, that Ryan Yates the Garden Services Manager would reach out to me, and this hasn't happened. I first contacted Flower Power in August and I have yet to have a resolution in December. I would recommend you spend your money with a reputable garden center that stands behind their product and provides a quality service. Flower Power does neither.

Update: Ryan Yates has now contacted me by email (presumably as I wrote a bad review) and apologized as this is a "busy time of the year". He failed to mention why he has not responded in the 5 months since I raised my initial complaint. He has yet to issue a refund for the dead plants that I paid several hundred dollars for (each). Poor plant quality and shocking customer service.spend your money elsewhere. I certainly will!

Update #2 - In response to the Flower Power response, Ryan, "the manager" did finally call me 5 months after I raised the issue. At this point it's too little too late. The fact that the owner called this an "inconvenience" in their response when we paid several hundred dollars for each plant, just shows how out of touch they are with the real issue. I have requested a refund for the dead plants, which, similar to my request for replacements, has also been ignored. As a "family business" it's disappointing that a simple replacement request for mature plants that died within weeks of being planted was ignored and now a request for a refund has also been ignored.

Loving the newly sealed car park! Go here if you want bigger shrubs, recommend it over Bunnings' garden section.

Really good selection of plants, deco and planters. Not very child friendly as they didn't have any trolleys with small children to sit on

Very poor service.
Ordered turf for delivery. Waited all day for a Thursday delivery and received no mention of an ETA. Rang Enfield store who now said Friday. Customers time appears now longer important!
