Sending flowers interstate is always a little hard and the customer always ends up wondering what the flowers looked like and whether they've been delivered etc. Urban Flower takes the care and time to text a photo to the customer before delivery. I ordered same day delivery of flowers for a friends birthday. Not only was the arrangement far beyond my expectations, the service was above and beyond. Not only did I receive a message when the flowers had been made, I also received a photo of the flowers and a message upon delivery.
They also followed my exact directions for delivery and the driver was really diligent in hiding the flowers out of sight, as the recipient wasn’t home at the time.

We received great customer service. I don’t have the details of the wonderful and empathetic person who helped us process an order of four wreaths for a funeral on Saturday 1 June. I ordered online after service hours, but i must say, all though I'm not in Australia, ordering was easy, a good variety, many options for gifts. The plant i ordered was as described looked grest. Beautiful beautiful beautiful! Staff are so friendly and delivery was great. The flowers turned out so beautiful (a little bit different from the image but still gorgeous can’t expect exactly the same flowers as the photo) but thank you so much Urban flowers for making Mother’s Day special will definitely be purchasing my flowers from here!
