Flourish Hypnotherapy

This past year has been a difficult one for me both mentally and physically. It was a chance conversation I had with
my brother and sister in law that led me to contacting Tracy and consequently starting the Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss with a side of Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Stress thrown in. They too have been clients of hers. The initial consult was a 30 minute phone discussion on what I wanted out of the sessions. I knew that this was for me immediately and couldn't wait to get started. I've completed the 6 sessions recommended by Tracy with very pleasing results and will continue to do follow-ups indefinitely. The change in mindset was instant and the feeling of being in control of my food choices and portions was both amazing and empowering at the same time. I recently had a visit to my GP a week ago and her first words were "Whatever you are doing, keep doing it. " So I will!

I only wanted to lose about 6kgs, as this was relatively a small amount, it actually took longer to lose. With Tracy’s encouragement over the six sessions, I did finally reach my desired weight and was quite successful. Tracy is the most calming and kind person perfect for the service she provides. I reached out to her to see if she could help me with habits I had found to compound during our 2years of covid. What a life changing experience this was! I completed 3 clinical hypnotherapy sessions with Tracey for weightloss and boy has it totally changed my life! Thank you so much Tracy! All it took was one session to say good riddance to my smoking habit of a combined 30 years! I was a serial quitter and had tried everything before my session with Tracy. Now smoking is a distant memory for me, people smoking around me does not bother me I will never go back, I choose to breathe only fresh air forever.
