My Flourish workers are great. They happily help meet all my needs in a timely manner and nothing is ever too hard. They are thoughtful and helpful and do their very best to support me however I need them to.

If I could give zero stars I would right now. I am so upset at the lack of support I am getting.

The staff seems untrained and want to do as little as possible. There are so many problems I wouldn't know where to begin.

I am making formal complaints and my other support services who have also experience their un unprofessionalism and are happy to back me up.

I feel like some of these NGO's are like placeholders for funding and employment opportunities but have very little interest in supporting there clients. Seems to be a culture of as little as possible.

I wish I can give "zero stars" for this mental health services provider; I just want to express my strong concerns and disapproval about this toxic, biased, judgmental, flawed mentally damaging organisation" and how they want to gang up on fragile, vulnerable severely mentally disabled clients and when the client gets uncomfortable to the point where they cannot take it any more they immediately exit the client from their program claiming that the client has been abusive when really if they are really "mental health" professionals" they they should realise that clients can easily get triggered depending on the environment that they are in at the time. I highly do not recommend this organisation because they do not have empathy and are not willing to listen to their clients. It would be that if a vulnerable client has been let down by the system then obviously it would make it difficult for that person to trust people. What the staff there basically want to do is get trainees on board to come with them and talk to the clients and using them as "human text book subjects". It can make the client feel uncomfortable as well if they feel as though they are being treated like a "human social work subject. " These organisations need to listen to their clients more and find out what is in the clients best interests instead of always in what is in the best interest of the organisation it is meant to be a two way thing but really it isn't. The organisation is very biased, they rather blame the client for the retaliation when really it is the supposedly "mental health key workers" who end up pushing the vulnerable clients too far. The mental health support coordinator has probably only worked for Flourish Australia for a short time (probably graduated from some educational facility somewhere claiming that she knows what she is doing when really she is simply nothing more than "a total fake! " Robotic, emotionless like a plastic lifeless wannabe Barbie Doll with no human soul. This mental health organisation is very biased, the key workers who work there do not have any empathy at all over the severe mental health vulnerability of the majority of their client's who have already been systematically damaged. They rather blame the clients for their behaviours then try to understand why it is that they are angry. Trained mental health workers? What a joke! They only want to work with the clients for a short time before insisting that they get referred to other services, which is fair enough but the reality of the situation is that it is difficult to find the right service. Make sure to be careful when meeting your assigned key worker for the first time and double check who it is that they are bringing to their appointments. Very appalling service I would be very careful when dealing with them because they do not have any empathy at all.

This service is the worst to be with. There workers show lack of support an care an do not bother to help with anything at all.especially people who have medical conditions. I don't no why services like this even bother to run there organization if they can't even do there jobs correctly? It's already bad enough that this country is a big disgrace an yet you get organizations like this who make it even worse on people out there who need real help an real assistance that they don't even get at all. I would not recommend this organization to anybody as it is a complete waist of time an you will not get offered the help nor assistance that you would need. An i guess there's a few out there who are similar to this service who also show lack of care an support.

Very Shady. Treats their staff poorly and their clients. Will lie to get out of properly dealing with complaints, cancels beneficially programs such as meditation, massage, tai chi and op shopping walks. Will ignore human rights and does what they can for maximum profitability and cutting costs even if its damaging to their clients.
