I order the flower 2 days ahead but it was delivered very late on the day, and the rose was pretty much dry out when I open the pack, looks no good, will not recommend to others

Worst experience. Waste of money. Photos on their website are a blatant misrepresentation of what I got. They were moldy, I could crunch the foliage due to how dry and dead they were. Completely lacking in any colour. To top it off, I have contacted the company on multiple platforms and they have not responded.
My advise, don't risk your money.

Flowers were presented beautifully and the recipient thought they were amazing. The Floraly staff were really helpful and accommodating when I needed to make changes to my order. Prices were a bit cheaper than other florists, and I also received a discount code on my first order.

$150 for Mother’s Day flowers that look like they’re in the $50 range & a missing complimentary item - probably one of the worst gifts I’ve given.

Unfortunately, after years of using this company, I can no longer recommend Floraly to friends. The quality control has worsened over the years and it is overpriced for the underwhelming flowers received (even when you upgrade the size).

While it’s great the Mother’s Day flowers I ordered were delivered early, I’m unimpressed by how an advertised ‘complimentary’ L’Occitane item was missing from the order, the card was missing text & the courier had placed the order where it was wet and not a safe place. Kind of a big deal when customers are trying to make a loved ones’ day a special one.

Last year, they replaced the expensive Adora chocolates I had ordered with my mum’s birthday flowers with a cheap box of chocolate marshmellows without giving me a heads up.

I love supporting local, sustainable businesses, but this is not it.

I ordered some Mother’s Day flowers and paid extra for a larger bunch. However, they were really small and unimpressive comparative to the price I paid. That being said, when I complained customer service were really responsive and sent out a second bunch straight away. Ok that basis I’ve changed my review.

Ordered the 'Florist's Pick' bunch for a friends birthday at $69 (not including delivery cost) and this is what my friend received - sad and meagre. I've ordered from plenty of other online florists before, which have been absolutely fine - this was really disappointing

I ordered the three month subscription. First order was very underwhelming, most of the flowers had wilted upon arrival. Definitely a great idea, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Second month’s delivery was even worse with the flowers dying the very next week. Fingers crossed this last month’s delivery is better, but I’m not holding my breath.

Received flowers yesterday for my wife as an anniversary gift. I paid top dollar to have "double the stems" and I got a very small bouquet of nice, but not great, flowers. For the $166 I spent, including shipping, I feel completely ripped off! Never again.

Family sent me the Lilah Posy range of flowers wrapped in dampish material in a large clear glass jar. This delivery included the Minenssey Nutritious Skin Treatment Mask, Just A Glass Piccolo Moscato Wine and Bahen Chocolate Block, (none of which I have tried yet), as part of the build a gift bundle. This was a birthday present. Unsure of cost from the UK. Flowers although lovely were dried out. So cut stems immediately and placed in water as advised. The birthday card was such a nice touch. The box everything arrived in was very well packaged and I liked the fact that I was sent an sms to advise when delivery would be. Have only given 3 stars as there were not enough flowers or variety of flowers. The bouquet mostly contained the greenery. It's a little over a week now and bouquet has survived although flowers are drooping.
Addit: Thank you to the Floraly customer service team, (Phoebe) - have increased star rating. Just to update this review 30/1/2023. I contacted to advise that the chocolate bar that was delivered was discoloured from I believe the heat. I contacted via chat, sent some photos of item and the team organised a proportion of refund back to the card. So thank you Floraly for a great customer service experience and on the spot action.

One star is too much. I ordered $180 worth of flowers for my grandads one year anniversary of his passing. Not only was I not called to be informed they wouldn’t be delivered on the day I asked, but they weren’t delivered the next day either. There is absolutely no excuse when I placed the order a full 24hrs before.

Appalling costumer service from all involved. Don’t waste your money!

I had to do multiple changes to my order and delivery date and they were so accommodating and understanding. They were condolences flowers so it meant a lot that the brand was flexible and helpful!

Love the concept, great value and delivery updates were excellent. Purchased 20 sunflowers and was expecting more buds, unfortunately most of the flowers were mature and didn't last more than a couple days and the rest of the flowers lasted up to a week.

As a florist myself and ordering for a friend interstate, the customer service was amazing and so friendly, however the delivery service was very poor. Flowers being sent for birthdays/occasions should maximum be delivered in the midday period, not around 6pm at the end of the day. Delivery period needs to be moved to the morning to midday time slots.

My daughter and son in-law were absolutely thrilled with their surprise flowers and candle! They loved the unique packaging and the quality of the flowers, they still look beautiful after 7 days, thank you Floraly
