FLK it over

FLK it over is great software that is helping our document signing and progress tracking much more efficiently. Jenna were very supportive and patient during the system training process. Awful user experience as a tenant. Others have noted that it's difficult to read, doesn't allow you to copy text, only works on mobile (sorry if you don't have a smart phone, I guess?), can't navigate back and forth through screens, only offers help/support if you're the agent (not the tenant). I agree that all those issues are relevant, and a huge pain.

I have something else to add. I'm not sure if it's even legal: you can't read new lease until already agreed to all the terms. Suspect this is a coercive tactic. If you request a change, you can't see the rest of the lease. If you've approved something (say, by accident), you can't unapprove it. And vice versa. You can't read the rest of the lease until you've initialled/signed any amendments from the agency or landlord. You can't compare your current lease to the new lease, because it's not actually possible to read the whole lease in one go. In order to EVEN read the lease.you have to already have approved and signed it, but once you've approved it and then read it and realise there's a mistake that's only apparent with the whole context then you can't go back and change your approvals. How can I agree to a contract when I'm coerced into signing and approving each separate, disconnected part merely to be able to read it? My agency won't provide my a PDF or printed alternative, I've sought legal advice.

We are so grateful for the FLK it over app, it has completely streamlined processes in our business for lease signing and lease renewals - and with a rent roll of 1300 properties, this has made a substantial difference to the ease and efficiency of getting leases signed and returned. We also now use it for our agency agreements, and in other areas of our business where we can use online signing. Highly recommend for both property management and sales departments of real estate businesses.

This app may be time saving for the agents and a great concept, however the implementation is poor. There is no way for a tenant to go back and review anything they have agreed to before the final signing. As a web developer myself, this app does not meet accessibility standards, and is restricted to a mobile sized browser. This limits your ability to read and understand a contract that has legal ramifications. Online help available on their website, is only interested in helping you if you are in fact the agent and not the tenant.

We all love working with the friendly team at FLK it over as our questions are answered within minutes. The user friendly software is simple to use and I would highly recommend it. Terrible user experience. Restricts browser window size, text cannot be copied, stops you from reading the whole agreement before you initial each "page" and timed out after an hour. Almost made me abandon my lease. Just stick to paper.

We are a large office in the Sutherland shire and after our current digital signature provider almost tripled our yearly subscription we started to look elsewhere and thankfully we did!
