Flip Out North Wollongong

We've been here for a number of parties. They've all been really good. The last one ended a bit abruptly. Kids were told jumping time had ended but the party was meant to go for another 30 mins. Most likely a miscommunication but was a bit disappointing.

A very clean play Facility, trampoline park for children & adults. Coffees, cold drinks & snack foods available to purchase. The Staff were informative, friendly & helpful.

The nights are well lit. I understand it creates atmosphere however the steps should be lit or at least a neon tape so it glows I watched several kids trip over, up and down the several steps around the place. I think I counted 6 staff, only 3 seemed to do anything the others were busy chatting amongst themselves instead of watching what was going on. The actual place is great, it even has a kids indoor park. It's a great facility. But the step lighting is definitely my main concern of a night time.

We recently had a school fundraising night at Flipout North Wollongong. Was so easy to organise with the help of their friendly staff. It was a great night out for the kids and we were able to raise some funds to help support the Year 6 end of year celebrations. Highly recommend it, the kids had such a great night.

Not recommend for kids under 4. It gets really busy and the bigger kids are so excited that little kids get shoved and hurt.

Great environment would have been great if our children were older they were probably a bit young to fully take advantage of the facilities but they still made the best of it and had fun, Also a little disappointed with the small range and choice of food on the menu, would be nice if they could expand the options available. Hot chips were nice though.

Flip Out in Wollongong has something for all ages, making it an ideal destination for families, friends, and even corporate team-building activities. They have dedicated areas for younger children to play safely, ensuring everyone can have a good time.

We visited this venue for our grandsons 5th birthday. The kids had a great time with their only complaint being that they wanted to stay and play longer. Good friendly service.

Friendly staff, safe atmosphere. Some of the trampolines feel a bit worn out, but still great for the kids.

Kinda disappointed there wasn’t a mat long enough for tumbling. Otherwise it’s great for little kids. Not a lot for older kids, teens and adults.

Great place for the kids and staff were excellent especially when my niece jarred her knee, one attended came straight over and was very caring, I know it's part of their job but this young lady went the extra mile the whole time we were there even know it would of been one of the busiest days during school holidays. Definitely recommend 5 stars

My kids had a great time for the couple of hours we dropped in on a rainy afternoon.

Another trampoline centre pair of socks to each of the sock collections, we just remember to pack a pair each when we go away

Had heaps of fun been a while since I have been to a flipout how ever it was super hot inside and was cooking me by the end. To add onto that it hasn't been updated in many years a nice refurbishment I'm sure would bring in some eager custumers

This one is airy and spacious. Need to have hot food and options for halal food would be appreciated.

From the initial online booking which was easy the communication was great from the staff and any emails were responded too quickly.
On the day of party checkin was easy and the whole process was smooth. The toilets were clean the centre is bright and airy. The hot food, lollies and ice cream cake went down well with the kids. Thank you?

Wow, great for kids. Lots of fun, and guaranteed to burn off energy. Places for parents to sit and chill while keeping eyes on the kids. Staff are excellent and very safety conscious.

Great experience definitely would not again trampolines where to bouncy and the foam pit was to hard (may have landed on a kid but idk)

We have always loved Flip Out Wollongong, but our experience last week was so concerning we will never go back.
A small child vomited on the trampolines and the mother admitted to my friend that they had nearly not come to play as her daughter had been sick. Unbelievably, this woman chose to stay, allowing her child to cough over everything and vomit a second time. Whilst this is not Flip Out's fault, their reaction was horrifying. They refused to even gently suggest that the woman come back another time, claiming it was up to her and if I didn't want my child to get sick, then I wouldn't bring them to a place like that!
With this sloppy attitude to health in these current times, their neglect and focus on preserving the mighty dollar means we are all at risk. Their attitude and behaviour was disgusting.
I filled out an online feedback form six days ago, but heard nothing back - proving these guys couldn't care less.

Hi Dave, if you see this review edit please note that I pointed out to the manager that this woman had told my friends in the bathroom that her child was sick, but the manager stated that she could not ask her to leave. The manager was sketchy when I asked if this was Flip Out policy. Obviously, she didn't want the confrontation. Please address this with your staff - and ask why they lied to you (to save themselves) about not knowing about the child being sick.

5 star review because this place has been fantastic for years, easily the best flip out in NSW I reckon, (besides the one in warrawong, until that unfortunately shut down) But I have to ask, myself and a couple of mates came down after a few years the other day to check it out and we noticed the pinball trampoline seems to be scaffolded off! Please tell me this is temporary! Either way, you guys are sick, wish a more older crowd would show up from time to time as it’s a little discouraging rocking up and seeing hundreds of kids but I suppose it’s good business for you guys, and that’s just naturally the types of places kids wanna go to thee days. I was talking with my mates and we were all thinking how it’d be great to have a more adult/older youth oriented trampoline park around, sort of like what you see in other states like bounce inc in QLD and VIC. Sorry for the long review. You guys in north Wollongong though are still #1 and probably will remain that way for a long time. Cheers
