30 At Albion Park we had no communication about hot food or cold food and in last 10mins was told when do you want to do the cake you have 10mins left.
The cold food entailed a single small bowl of chips on each table of 8 kids.
The hot food was not pizza but pies, chips, and sausage rools thrown on to two big paper plates.
This was a cool kids party and cost me 400 dollars for 15kids.
Go to Wollongong Flip Out they and give you proper cold food with lollies and chips and hot good pizza
or inflatable world
or go kids play anywhere else!
Wish I had taken photos, then when talking to the owner claims that because he gave me an extra 10mins at the end it was fine and that apparently you are only supposed to get one small bowl of chips each table.
My son had a ball bouncing around. The staff are fantastic and very efficient. It's definately worth the money. Will take my son back again
Staff have zero care for customers and serve cold hot food and act like its a hassle to rectify the problem.
So many little children running around and the trampolines were not that good, in my opinion there were to many people for the size of the trampoline park, pact and trampolines are out of date!
Came in today the girls at the counter did the best they could do for how busy it was.
To the owner you need to have a better system and an adult to manage the counter area better, it's all over the place. They need more support to develop more skills.
Love bringing my kids here for them to play after a day at school. Staff have always been professional
I'd never been to Flip Out before, and attended recently with a mate. His daughter absolutely loved the place. So much fun for the kids who all seemed to enjoy themselves. Great place for a party for the younger ones.
Nice spot.shame it doesn't open until 10.seems like a waste of morning.
I feel 9/9: 30 open world be best as they host a playgroup.
10/10 we had a party here tonight and we changed it last minute to suit the birthday child and flip out were so amazing they redesigned their plan to suit us not once but 2 times what an affordable easy option we are so happy thank you and would 100% reccomend for a party!
Clean. Good fun. Boing boing boing lol. Pretty nice coffee too while you wait for your bouncing kids to finish. I had excellent customer service while I was there. Thumbs up!
Terrible. Absolutely no supervision. Big kids running riot not caring if they hurt smaller kids. Don’t take our money if it’s not for everyone. Never again
Recently attended for a child’s birthday party. While it’s a huge space with plenty of options to expend their excess energy, the car park situation is pathetic.
When you drive up to the building it states “parking and entrance at rear”. You have to figure out yourself that you need to drive a few hundred metres down the road, turn left and left again and go afew hundred metres back to a very poorly signed building. Once there, there is only maybe 20 spaces and both side of the street is already filled with cars. Badly done and needs more obvious signage.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to let the kids run out some energy. We will be back.
I fulfilled a lifelong dream in this place, the ability to dunk the basketball after playing for over 15 years.
I loved it. My daughter also loves it here in the kids area, a win win situation
I would recommend they clean their fans however as there is quite the dust build up on them
Way to small don't think they care about covid restrictions either if it's not raining go to the park.
Covid.what covid?
Cant move that many people cramped in with no where to sit. No cleaning taking place. Pre booked and paid yet itstill took 25 min to get in the door. Assured by the owner its hard to control the numbers but some people should be leaving soon.
My wife got to stressed by how over crowded it was we left early.
But the kids loved it.
No covid rules here!
No such thing as social distancing here, absolutely packed, and way understaffed. Place was dirty with food, drink and rubbish all around the floor. But with so many customers and so few staff I didn't expect the place to be spotless. Not covid safe for several reasons, they definitely care more about the $$ than public health. However the few staff they had were polite and friendly and my kids had a good time in the end after their initial overwhelm at how hectic it was inside. If you come during school holidays expect to wait a while to enter the venue and for the car park to be full (on street parking some distance down the road). Will come back again when it's not school holidays and reassess!
My 15,10 and 5 year olds had a great time. Staff were fantastic even with my feisty 5 year old who didn't want to leave, even after two hours!
Perfect place to take the Grandchildren! So much fun!
Great friendly service
Playgroup Mon & Fri 9am - 1pm
Exceptional friendly service. Lady was very accomodating and we got great value for money. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again. Great facilities too!
