I have been an employee of Flintwood for 7 years now and it has been the best job I have ever had. I have always felt supported by them and the flexibility I have been given around my work hrs, family life and location has been amazing. I know I am lucky to work for such a great Employer.
The worst place I have worked for.no support for staff.some management bully staff because I am a victim of that. They only see you as just a number. They literally dont care.stay away from this company.
