Incredible experience. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and hassle free. Glen, the instructor, was awesome - and was more than happy to answer questions, even after the allocated time had lapsed. Absolutely incredible. I’ll definitely be back.

I did the 45 minute experience, and can't recommend it highly enough. My instructor was interesting, engaging, and had extensive knowledge of the plane and of flying. As a bit of an aviation nerd, I'd always been keen to fly a simulator, and this experience didn't disappoint! Do yourself a favour, if you are interested in flying at all, try Flight Experience, you won't regret it.

Had a great 60mins. My instructor/ co-pilot was awsome gave me all the input i needed to fly the 737 simulator, the time just flew by the old hongkong landing approach is difficult but ad night and heavy rain and wow. Can not recommend this enough had a great time.

What an awesome birthday present. The experience is as close to a real cockpit that we can get to these days. Glen, my simulator instructor, made the experience very easy and answered my many questions. When can I go again?

I did the 90 minutes experience which included take off and landing at 3 airports. I have flown light aircraft before so some of the things were familiar - but it was still challenging. It was so realistic - there were a few moments when it really felt like I was actually in the air. Thanks to Philip - my co- pilot who did most of the heavy lifting. E It is a great facility and very professionally run. There are shorter experiences available but I really did enjoy the 90 mins - I wish it had been longer.

Fun and insightful experience, co-pilot was helpful and guided us through the trickier airports really calmly.

Lots of work and effort has gone into that simulator and it has paid off! The experience it gave combined with the friendly and knowledgable staff, made the whole thing worth it. It made my day, definitely recommend.

My son was so chuffed with the experience, Ben the instructor was so kind, and generous with his knowledge. Made my son feel like a champ. Highly recommended. VR graphics, sound and instruments were on point.

I went into this as a complete novice, so I opted for the VR experience. It was awesome and a lot of fun (as an adult) learning something new. Ben was lovely and you could tell he's very passionate about his work. Overall a great experience.

Took my 8 year son as a Christmas present. They were very generous with their time, super patient, explained everything perfectly for the age of my child. Couldn’t rate it highly enough. A big thank you to Ricky.

Wow! Had this experience given to me as a birthday present and loved every minute. I had Sam (instructor) as my 1st Officer and his professional guidance made sure we all returned without incident. A must do for anyone with a sense for adventure.

Such a fun experience. Bought this for my partners birthday and as a self confessed plane need he loved it. The team (Pilot Sam) were super patient and helpful plus really down to earth. I was made to feel part of the experience which was also nice. Definitely recommend!

My Experience with FLIGHT EXPERIENCE (Boeing 737-800 Simulator) in Sydney
During our stay in Sydney, Australia, in January 2019, my wife Lisa made me a fantastic birthday present. She knew that as a computer scientist, I was generally interested in technology and especially in flying and wanted for a long time to experience a flight in a state-of-the-art flight simulator. The FLIGHT EXPERIENCE Simulator in Sydney is located at the Harborside Shopping Center, adjacent to our hotel on Darling Harbor and Lisa gave me a voucher for a 1 hour flight simulator for a BOEING 737-800 including the video that captured the entire cockpit stay.

The reception was fantastic. The friendly instructor Jonathan welcomed us and completed the training and briefing. He explained in detail the instruments and switches of the plane and wanted to know at which airports I wanted to start and land (I was allowed to select two). Of course I choosed my home airport Zurich, Switzerland and our favorite airport Lindbergh International Airport San Diego in California.

And then we took place in the cockpit, a wonderful feeling. Lisa took a few pictures of me in the captain's seat. Jonathan explained again all the instruments and switches and then we went, after working through the checklists, for the first start with the Boeing 737-800. I had to concentrate myself tightly, because a lot of information came to me, but after some time after the start I was able to cruise relaxed with the plane and prepare for the first landing in Zurich. There I did (of course with the professional help of Jonathan) a landing in summertime a go-around maneuver and then flew over me very well-known cities, villages, rivers, lakes and terrain and prepared a little later the second landing, this time in winter, with snowy terrain.

In the second stage we flew to Lindbergh International Airport in San Diego, once a day and once a night.

In conclusion I can say that I was amazed at how much automatic in the Boeing 737-800 at the start, cruising and landing supports the pilot and gives a good security. Since I had already done some simulation flights on my PC with military jets, I was soon familiar with the most important instruments, such as artificial horizon, compass, speed and engine power. The biggest difficulty for me however, were the processes that were unknown to me, i.e. In which order which manipulations have to be performed. That's what pilots have to learn in long theoretical and practical training. But Jonathan as an experienced pilot led me competently but unobtrusively through the processes.

All in all this hour in the flight simulator was a fantastic experience and I was able to appreciate how exciting it must be for pilots to be able to fly such a machine with 200 passengers. Many thanks to Lisa and the FLIGHT EXPERIENCE team for this unique experience.

I was a bit dubious if this would be fun, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great fun and the perfect thing for a plane nerd to do
