UPDATE: AVOID AVOID AVOID - Continue to deduct money after cancellation, refuse to refund excess payments, lie about there being a minimum 60 day cancellation, when there is no such clause in the terms. When caught out lying, incorrectly refer to unrelated clauses in the Terms.

DO NOT Sign up for their Home Protection Plan. They don't notify you when the plan has expired and then continue to deduct the monthly payments. When you finally realise the contract has actually expired and try to cancel the plan, you can't because you need to do it in writing and they don't provide the contact details to comply. When you finally do try to cancel it, they refuse to refund the extra unused payments, saying the terms don't allow refunds. In my case I was over $100 out of pocket. This practice should be illegal, give me my money back Flick.

Would absolutely not recommend flick to anyone! The most terrible customer service! Have been waiting two weeks for someone to call me back and I have called each day for the past five days and have been told the manager would call me back. Still no phone call received to solve our issue or cancel our home subscription contract. The manager can’t even take five minutes in their day to call back and sort this out for a customer who has been with flick for the past 12 months. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service and help.
We entered into the 12 month subscription was told we would be notified by email or call once it was ending if we wanted to continue or cancel. Not the case and as I can see in other reviews previously they are selling false advertising because no email or call was received.
If there is no phone call received in the next day I will be taking if further

I entered into a 12 months contract for home protection back in October 2021.
After 12 months, they continue to charge me monthly fee.when I call to cancel and ask for refund for the 13th instalment.they refused.
I was just one day late for my cancellation notice and they will not reverse the charge that has just gone thru overnight.
WOW!

you are making a customer angry over $25 dispute.have paid more than $1000 to this business over last few years.what a shameful business practice.
They have just undone all the good work they might have done.
I received no alert or advise if I wanted to continue my home protection subscription.
If I had not called them today, they might have continued to deduct the amount indefinitely without providing any service.
I now have no respect for this business over $25.shame on them!

Absolutely disgraceful! They bully you about the warranty when you
can get same elsewhere and they are $400 more expensive than other companies. Stay away!

Pretty good service. Tech guy made sure where he could and couldn't spray as we have a bit of a menagerie. Even the tadpoles survived. Yay

Flick on the Central Coast are the most hopeless company I have ever dealt with. We have been customers with Flick in Kenthurst (and Pest Force that was acquired by Flick) for nearly a decade. Each year we had an annual contract with them to look after our property and provide regular inspections. Unbeknown to us, our area was transferred to Flick Central Coast - there was a complete breakdown in communication between the two offices and no-one seemed to know about our contract and no-one had come to service our house. After making a lot of phone calls I was told that our contract had been transferred to the Central coast - but when I spoke to them, they had nothing on their files and said something about this has happened with quite a few people and that the information hadn't been sent over by Kenthurst. They agreed to send out a technician to make up for the missed services and to "get us back on track" They assured me that we could continue as before with a new contract and regular services. We didn't hear back from them again (which was in March) Last week I received an "URGENT" email from a debt collection agency for an outstanding amount to be paid to Flick immediately otherwise it would affect my credit rating. The debt collection agency outlined that Flick had contacted us "multiple times" to get the invoices paid. We had never seen these incorrect invoices in any form, nor had any contact from Flick. It was taken me numerous phone calls (me always calling them, despite promises that someone would call me back) to get them to do something about this. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is the worse of any company I have dealt with. At no stage have they apologised for treating us this way. While their technicians might be proficient (I don't know because we have only seen them once) their back office and administration is like something from a training video of how to lose a loyal customer in the most decisive manner. Not only do you breach your contract with them and not do the services that have been paid for, but then you put a debt collection agency onto them and then have to be prodded and cajoled all the way to try and fix this.
I have given them one star as you cannot post this with ZERO - but thats what they should get or a minus rating.

What can I say about Josh and the team at the central coast depot
Well they certainly know their stuff about termites and what is the best plan of attack Arrived before time well mannered listened to questions and answered with clarity Came back with an action plan via Karen and Tiffany with a very surprising quote I expected more $$ Carried out the localised treatment and after we carried out remediation work, will be getting the Trap and bait system installed by Josh We did our own research and confirmed exactly what Josh told us I highly recommend this team to any one 10/10 for us
