FLEX Tyres and Batteries

Went in for a puncture repair within the hour from when I called the workshop.
David was very professional and friendly.
Unfortunately my puncture couldn't be repaired due to being on the side wall.

David found my exact tyre, fitted it within 10minutes, did a pressure and safety check on all my tyres and I was on my way!

Sorry it took me a while to write this review Jack. I am not sure if you remember me, I had a nail in my tyre and my tyres were also extremely worn out. You sold me the continental tyres for an excellent price! Highly recommend this place for all your tyre needs. Jack is a champion, he will give you a great deal that can't be beaten. I had a pleasure of replacing all my Lexus NX 300 tyres at the Flex Tyres recently. Tyre recommendation and service was of top quality. David and his team are running a great business while providing high quality customer service experience. I definitely recommend Flex to anyone who is after a top quality service and tyres.

Not even 1/5 stars, they will try and charge 5-7times the cost price of parts, absolutely disgusting price gouging & very unethical for anyone who’s not mechanically minded or can research parts prices you will be severely ripped off. Overpriced for and over quoted for labour costs too. If you read the other good reviews and take closer look you will find these are either fake reviews or friends posting. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Initial interaction outstanding.
Prompt courteous service when purchased a set of Hankook tyres for a Hyundi Tucson.
After 6 months continual slow leaking of air through tyres.
Only tar road usage.no dirt or rocks to damage or fracture tyres
Been only only 9 months now.absolute rubbish tyre.no positive interaction from Flex to discuss issues.
Never buying Hankook or from Flex again.

Went in this morning to replace tyres, was given very good advice without a hard sell and purchased 4 new tyres and wheel alignment at a very decent discount all done while I waited in just over half an hour, very friendly staff and would highly recommend

This is the place to be to sort out your tyre/s needs. From basic alignment, patch work or supplying Hankook or Continental. The key is that all of them there are a friendly and helpful bunch.

Checked all my wheels did bed good job for me in last minute on a Saturday would highly recommend there service

They are amazing!
My first visit there and from the first minute I drove in I was welcomed with warmth by Jack. I knew I was in trusting hands.

I was there for changing the tyre and wheel alignment. They completed the job in a timely manner that I got impressed by their professionalism. Also they gave me a good price.

After finishing the job, I asked if I needed to change the battery as it was due. Jack and David were happy to check my car even though it was already after business hours.

This team has got me for life.

Jake and the team has been very helpful when I had to change 4 of my tyres. I am not so familiar with the types of tyres and how they work, however, Jake has explained me in a way that made me understand more about the types and let me have an option to pick the best and most efficient one. Will come back when I require another service in the future.

These guys have the best tyres and rates in australia, replaced and balanced all my Porsche tyres cheaper than anyone else highly recommended.

Fast Friendly Service.
Rang up on the Tuesday to see if they had my size of tyres. Booked for Thursday, all fitted within 45mins. The boys were awesome and best of all they were at a great price.
Got the Hankook Ventus s1 Evo3 - they are an awesome performance tyre.

The shop I will never go again. Went for puncture repair which the tyre is too old and broken so that they cannot repair for me, which I understand that. They took off the tyres from my car and told me they cannot repair for me they can only put my spare tyre or I have to buy new tyre from their shop, and there is only one choice which is 180 per tyre. So I have no choice I asked them to use my spare tyre. So that I can drive my car back home. On my way home they ring me and say they forget give me something they ask me to go back again without telling me what exactly they forgot give to me.which I did went back, and they said they forgot to give me the invoice which is not important and they said they left a key in my car and ask me to check inside of my car! Very bad experience and will try to take it to consumer affairs!

Best sevice and professional work 5 stars for sure! And much appreciated David worked overtime to fix my tyre when I called in 15mins before the closing time!
