Flash Hand Car Wash

Bad customer service, refusing to include what was in the advertised offer from the sign outside and they stole money out of my car as well. Do not go here

Good result for $34, which was the Flash Wash option (including external wash, vacuum, windows and air freshener) Took roughly an hour but I wasn't watching the clock and it was a better than expected, I have had worse for the same money.

Flash car wash used to be excellent, they seemed to have had a change in management. Awful cleaning, 1/2 done smears on all windows and missed patches of dirty paintwork, dashboard 1 flick of a dirty rag does not remove the dust. Staff do not understand simple requests. NEVER AGAIN.

Got SUV package very disappointed for pay $99 and outside ok inside look like just wrap over it, rubbish still inside one of the door not even sure they done that door.

Do a decent job when they not busy, horrible job when they are busy. Wont be going there again.

Quick and cheap not very safe wen u don't wash the wax off my window and the rain comes down u put your wipers on and u can't see through the wax. No good guys u could have caused a major accident. Safety first guys.

Flash hand car wash would be my pick over the joint opposite. I have not been to this car wash personally to be honest. After visiting the car wash opposite (Classic1 / Citiwash), I can safely say Flash Hand Car Wash would be my next pick in the area.

Classic1/ Citiwash cracked our interior LCD screen after a simple interior clean. They denied the responsibility and refused to compensate.

Please do not go to the Arpan's Classic1 (owner: CHOUDHARY, ARPAN) and Citiwash Hand Wash Cafe cross the Princess Highway.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scam.

WILL charge you $110 and damage your car, WILL accuse you of lying when damage is pointed out. WILL abuse and insult you when asked to take responsibility. Friends don't let friends patronise this miserable excuse for a business.

Off the highway and a quick place to get your car cleaned. You can sit at hungry Jack's and eat so I guess it's convenient.

“WORST CAR WASH EVER”. They scratched my car. I used to come to this car wash every month for polish. I couldn’t see the guy with the glasses who always look after my car, but still dared to wash the car. The so called manager doesn’t know English at all. Never coming back. SHAME!

I brought a voucher from Groupon for wash and polish for 69$ Which is worth 99$. They did not even bother polishing the car. I was watching all the time and they pretended that they polished the car. All they used is window spray on the CAR BODY. Not recommended.

If a i could put cero star I'll do it. Horrible place and disgusting people including the owner! Don't bring your car here, is not a safe place.

Great service and friendly staff.
The deal on groupon is heaps good value for your money.
My only complaint is that it took over an hour. Make sure to have something to do while your car is getting washed.

My car was still dirty after the 'wash'. They also scratched the back of my car when trying to vacuum the trunk to the point where paint has been chipped off.

Very Disappointed!
This car wash deserves less than quarter star. Today I went to wash my car, after a quick wash with a dirty “soap” water I checked the car and it had all dirt, scratches and stains from the “soap”. I have talked politely to the person in charge there and he said ‘that's how we wash here don't expect more’. When I tried to make him understand that's a wrong thing to say for a customer he answered me " Fu.k off'' and left.
Avoid this disgusting place (check out the picture of their soap and water).

Worst car wash in the entire Sydney, please see the photos after a $40 wash, what a horrific service. After pointing out the issue, the staff even ask for more money to clean it, I refused and they gave it another quick vacuum still not to the standards in the photo. And accusing me of holding up the line. If you expect bad service you can come to this business. By the way, the original price we agreed on was $35, then they say cleaning interior needs more money, that’s how the price end up with $40

Very Disappointed.
Usually I go to other car wash on the opposite side, I tried this car wash and the guy with glasses offered me a decent price of 39$ but today I am completely disappointed by the job, the glass was not cleaned properly and the dashboard was still very dusty upon he charged me 44$ that skinny guy with the long hair doesn’t know how to talk worse customer service.
Not coming back

Excellent car wash the team take the time to do it properly I come here once a week and have always been pleased with the quality work

5 star for rowan, He is one of the kindest and hard worker with smile on his face always. The service was good, took long than expected but we can wait for that kind of quality service, the staff were well trained expert one or two, I had a mini detail on my car the way the manager explained me reflected there. I’ll be back in 3-4 weeks.

I bought the deal on Groupon for $35 and the 'manager' said that it's only a flash wash when the deal I bought was a superior wash valued at 49$. I had already bought the Groupon deal and he wasn't budging. Very bad customer service and they are lying to you on Groupon. Disgrace!
