I got to know about flash conveyancing through a couple of my friends who used their services before. Being a first home buyers, shopping around for a good and trusted solicitor/conveyancer was a challenge for me. Flash conveyancing undoubtedly did the best to me. They kept me informed through all stages of the process, gave an overview of what is going to happen so I had no surprises. As they took care of everything from settlement perspective, I was stress free and could concentrate on my move to our dream house. We were very fortunate to have a very close friend and Real Estate agent recommend Flash Conveyancing to us for the sale of our apartment. As we live overseas, it was imperative we had an advocate on the ground working on our behalf. This became even more pertinent when our bank threw a curveball at us a few days before settlement (a long story but it had something to do with the Banking Royal Commission creating some nervous nellies).
