The start time of the tour was at 8: 15 or later. It is not 7 as advised.

Tour guide have no patience to explain to non-English speakers. So if you are, be prepared to ask others on the bus.

Scenic world was chaotic. Be aware of where you get in and out. IMPORTANTLY, check the weather, if it rain and foggy, the trip was very much a waste of money.

Bring your umbrella, coats. It is likely to rain up there. They did sell then at the gift shop. But for me, it was not worth the money

Ferry was included in the way that they give you back $10 and catch the ferry by yourself from Olympic park.

The only good part was the friendly guide, Tom. He kept everyone's mood up through his commentaries and things organized. But the real things included in this trip are all not worth spending time on or just a farce. Koala park included was such a waste of a place in which koalas have been kept in bad condition in a very small area within a residential area. Scenic world is a tourist trap with fake irritating noise making dino places everywhere. The real beauty of blue mountain is just not captured in that artificial wrapper that scenic world has created. I will recommend doing this trip on your own and avoiding this extreme touristy set of activities,

We had an amazing tour of the Blue Mountains! Tony was our guide. He was excellent! He had great information and we learned alot. We loved the stop at the Ferndale Wildlife Park! Getting to feed the kangaroos and wallabies was a highlight of our entire trip! We loved stopping in the mountain village. It's worth visiting for the cute shops! And we of course enjoyed the beautiful views of the Blue Mountains. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you Tony for making it easy and special!

It was lovely tour arranged by FJ for blue mountain …we covered all essential aspects smoothly and timely …the only surprise was the drop off at different place which we were not prepared but FJ paid compensation for the cab so it was also smooth at the end

Visited the Blue Mountains with Aaron from FJ Tours booked via Viatour. Everything went smoothly from pick-up to the ferry journey back into Sydney. Our driver and guide Aaron was excellent. This tour relies on good weather and we were lucky to get it. Covered all the Blue Mountain points. Recommended.

Excellent! This was an awesome experience! We saw so much from unique animals at the wildlife area to a beautiful combination of rides to see the blue mountains and rain forest. Echo Point to see the Three Sisters rock was gorgeous! They took us to a great area with several lunch choices and shopping. Aaron was a terrific tour guide and bus driver! He was so personable and communicated directions and information perfectly. What a great day!

This tour was great, and a good value for the price. Our guide, Tony, was lovely - very knowledgeable about Australian history and sights, as well as a great navigator and safe driver. The Australian animal sanctuary was the highlight for us, as that day the Blue Mountains were hidden by rain and fog, but even so, we would recommend this tour to all our friends!
