I don't usually provide reviews, but I'm making an acception here, for Ben (Benedict Small). What an outstanding young man he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He turned up on time and explained everything before proceeding. He is a real credit to the Fix It Right Plumbing team. I would also like to mention the lady in the office was a pleasure to talk too.
I will be using this company from now on and highly recommend them.

We had quite a bad blockage in our upstairs toilet that was difficult to get to due to the layout of our townhouse. Ben successfully fixed the problem and was courteous enough to explain the issue and what steps he was taking to fix it. Arranging a plumber to come was quick and easy and Ben arrived on time. Very grateful and would recommend.

Very friendly staff to talk to, and knowing how busy plumbers can be the response time was great.
We had Ben come to our place and he was great. Very helpful and reliable.
As we had just moved in he did a 'health check' on our plumbing and identified a few things that needed doing, and then gave us a list of what he found and how much each would be to fix.
We then had the choice of what we would like done and when.
We will definitely ask for him again.

I had Ben come out to fix a leaking tap from Fix It Right plumbing. He was on time, professional and an all round good guy. Everything was fixed quickly and ended up being a very reasonable price. Would recommend using their services again.

I had been having an ongoing plumbing issues that a previous plumber (sent by Strata) told me was likely related to my shower. After having tilers out to quote what it would cost to re-waterproof my shower, something didn’t feel right.

So, I called Fix It Right after using them with great results on other occasions to have them look at it. Ben came out and did a really thorough check of the shower and determined it was unlikely the cause of the leak. Then, rather than giving up, he did more extensive testing of the bathroom and determined it was likely the toilet.

He came back to remove the toilet and see what the issue was, and there was an excess of water and broken parts that have likely been a issue for a while. He was a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process.

Thanks to Ben perseverance, I didn’t end up spending thousands to re-waterproof my shower, when that wasn’t the issue in the first place.

Safe yourself time, money and anguish and call these guys first!

Had a hot water issue this morning. Very polite and responsive then contacted me to let me know an earlier appointment had become available and sent a plumber right away. Highly recommend.

We had a leak we couldn't find - looking at the water meter I could see a ton of water being used, but no idea where it was going. Arron and his apprentice came around the next day and tracked it down (under the driveway), then had it fixed and the drive patched by the end of the day - very professional, very thorough, and really hard workers.
While Arron was there, he also gave me some advice on getting a separate long-running issue fixed (large amounts of water pooling under the foundations of the house). To fix it Arron and his guys put in an agi drain and a sump pump for us. It took three days underneath the house, and involved digging through lots of rock - hard work! They did a great job, the whole area is now in great shape.
I'd definitely recommend these guys - I was impressed with their ability to solve a problem, walk through the options, then deliver on what they said they would.

I recommend these guys very highly! I booked an appointment with them online and had a phone call on the day to update their arrival. Arron and Aaron (?) were professional and friendly and fixed our problem dishwasher quickly.

Aaron was professional and honest with his advise. I agreed to pay the amount before the job however he said to pay after. There were no evident problems found after he did his investigation over half an hour. He then did not charge a cent even we insisted to pay him. He is a true gentleman.
We definitely use Fixitright next time and recommend to our friends.
