These guys are absolute professionals. They fixed our Tesla after someone backed into it and it looks like new. We got the car back fully charged and fully detailed. They did an amazing job! A+

Dropped off my car for repair this week at Fix Auto, after some damage to the body and paint caused by an accident. I was surprised it would take four days to fix but now I understand why! Omg the guys just did an amazing job! The car looks brand new! Thank you Fix Auto for going above and beyond! You have a very happy customer here!:)

As a Tesla accredited smash repair their service could not have been better. The total quote, repair and constant communication from them was very efficient. As we live some 2 hours away, they kindly charged our Tesla to 60% prior to pickup so we had no issues to drive home. Thanks to all your team, much appreciated.

These guys did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company to sort everything out, I didn't have to get involved or chase anything up. Car looks as good as new. Great job, great communication, a great garage. Hopefully I have learnt my lesson and won't reverse into a Ute ever again - but if do, I know where you are! Thank you

Highly disappointed with this business.

Over two weeks ago I went in for a quote to have the imperfections on my car fixed & a full body respray (private job, not insurance).

The detailer came out & took extensive pictures of my car & I filled out a form and I thought that I was finally getting somewhere as I'd been to several panel beaters & no one wanted to even look at the car.
Well it turns out that it's just like the rest of them.

No quote has been forwarded & my email to enquire about the quote was ignored.

I have used this business before (both when it was Blaas & Bulli smash repairs) & had absolutely no issues whatsoever hence why I decided to see the guys here (and to stay local & support a local business).

This car is my pride & joy & I've finally got enough money together to put some work into it & have it looking new again.

Sorry guys but you've lost my business & I am going with another local smash repairs who is more than happy to do the job.

Fully understand that you are busy etc. I gauged that when I went in for the quote.
A simple reply to my email would have been nice just to say that you are busy or it was too big a job etc.
I did allow over a week to pass before I emailed.
It's just the fact that I didn't get any response which made me go ahead & get another quote.
