Visited for the first time recently and I had a lymphatic drainage massage. It was lovely and just what I needed.
The sounds, smells and ambience of the place helped make my experience super relaxing.

It's always a luxe, blissful experience at Five Star. I love that the therapists modify treatments depending on your skin's needs on the day. Can't wait to revisit!

Today I had the pleasure of indulging in the 'Awakening Ritual' package at Five Star Day Spa with Mikaela, and I cannot begin to express the profound level of relaxation and rejuvenation I experienced. This enchanting journey truly transcended all my expectations and left me feeling completely transformed.

From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel instantly at ease. During my treatment, Mikaela’s kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for my well-being created an atmosphere of complete relaxation throughout the entire session.

The 'Awakening Ritual' treatment itself was such a beautiful experience. The expertly crafted combination of therapies enveloped me in a cocoon of bliss. I found myself effortlessly drifting into a state of profound relaxation, feeling the weight of stress and tension melt away.

Throughout the session, Mikaela‘a attention to detail and personalised approach made me feel so warm and cared for. She intuitively understood my needs and tailored the treatment to address them. Her skilful hands worked their magic, releasing every knot and restoring balance to my tense body and busy mind. I was truly amazed by her expertise and dedication to her craft.

Today I got a 90 minute relaxation massage which was heaven. A great way to start my birthday day off. These guys are always fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone after a great full body massage.
I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Couples massage with my husband was disappointing she did my back and legs& didn’t even touch my arms for 1 hour.i hopefully thought my husband would have enjoyed it but he was also unhappy.

HOT STONE PEDI & REMEDIAL
MASSAGE
I recently went for 2 treatments the “signature hot stone pedi” and remedial massage.
The pedi was first and after 3 months of lockdown a professional pedi was going to be needed rather then going to my regular nail salon. It was a massive let down. The only dry skin removal was a a dry board which was so inadequate. The massage is what they call a “relaxation massage” in the beauty industry which means 0 pressure and basically lotion being rubbed into your skin. I actually get a better massage at the nail salon. Finally the worst part the polish. We went back to 1999 and used standard polish, not even a top or bottom coat to help with drying. By the time I put the rubber slippers on the big toes where ruined. The lady at the front desk did offer to redo them after my massage but I had to go and pick my daughter up and didn’t have half an hour to sit and watch paint dry (literally).
I would never recommend this treatment and actually almost didn’t come back for the massage even though I’d paid for it.

BUT I was so glad I did. Even though they messed up the booking and made it for relaxation after we’d discussed what type of treatment I wanted and was recommended remedial. The therapist did a remedial massage and she was amazing.beyond amazing actually. I would definitely recommend and would go back again for this treatment.

I am a remedial massage therapist from Sydney and come all the way up here for Simmone to work her magic. I always feel amazing coming out of a treatment with her. Simmone manages to blend a relaxing hot stone massage with some remedial in the places that need it most.
Definitely living up to the Five Star name

I have had many spa treatments and this by far was the best! Had the weekend warrior package followed by a delicious high tea for a girls weekend away. Will definitely be returning whenever I am in town.

I had such a relaxing treatment, four of us were spoilt with massages followed by a high tea, highly recommend if you're looking for a day out with your girlfriends.
