Incredibly disappointed in the service from this company. I have done my last 3 tax returns here and sadly there is always an issue.

Had someone call me (after multiple reach outs) only to raise her voice and argue with me when I am telling her I am upset at the lack of communication from there end.

Instead of being apologetic and empathetic to me she continued to speak over me and talk down to me. My tax file was passed around to several agents instead of being completed by the one person.

From a service point of view they're rude and do not care, there are many tax agents out there and what sets businesses apart is the customer service.

I'm not one to post poor reviews and it takes a lot for me to get upset but after the phone call I had today, I won't be coming back.

Rick and his time provide informative information to help business owners. I look forward to learn from Rick on how we can improve the way we operate our business.
