Called this morning to ask for assistance in finding a leak after receiving a shockingly high water bill. From Gabe in the office to Curtis the plumber the professionalism shown & advice given was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fitzgerald Plumbing in the future.

We have been very impressed with the service and professionalism from Fitzgerald Plumbing. Gabes in the office is a delight to deal with - so knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The plumbers on the team are wonderful, very professional, polite, friendly and do an excellent job. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The Plumber they sent was rather unknowledgeable, slow and clumsy.

The PVC pipe adjustment and extension was rather amateurish, and had to call them back to fix the mess.

After the call back the previous bad repair was somewhat fixed but the extension was too long preventing the filter from being removed. (See Photo) Still can't remove the filter because the pipe was cut at an angle leaving a protrusion blocking the Filter.

The extension pipe was glued incorrectly and popped out with slight pressure. (See Photo)

Didn't fill the trench dug to expose the pipes and left the mess. (See Photo)

Will not call back so not to pay yet another several hundred dollars which so far for this minor messy work is over $800.

The inexperienced Plumber they sent twice could be excused if proper supervision was done.

Of note is their Receptionist's lack of courteous customer service.

Contacted Fitzgerald over the weekend, (Sunday), when our gas hot water system failed, received response within an hour and system fixed within 48 hours. Very pleased with the prompt response and service provided.
I would highly recommend their service anytime.

My elderly Mum's gas hotwater system failed and I phoned Fitzgerald Plumbing and asked if they could fix the problem. They came out the same day I phoned regardless of the bad weather we were experiencing and inspected the hot water system and because of the age they recommended replacement. A quote was given and accepted and within 3 days the job was completed with a new system being installed. My Mum and I were very happy with the amazing service we received from the administration staff, the installer and the delivery person. Regardless of the weather and the fact the installer was working in ankle deep water he was extremely easy to relate too and did a terrific job.
I will have no hesitation is recommending Fitzgerald Plumbing as I have used other plumbing companies in the past and have never received this quality of service. Many thanks Fitzgerald Plumbing.

A few weeks ago we had Jack and his team complete a job for us. From start to finish they were extremely professional, punctual and left our place very tidy.
