I honestly can say this is a nice gym with the best staff I've met and has plenty of equipment which still looks like it came fresh out of the box. Love this gym and its motivation to be the best of myself. Also it's affordable compared to other gyms. Love you guys.

Pros:
-Relatively clean and tidy
-Heavy dumbbells and wide selection of machines
-Convenient location
-Pretty cheap compared to neighbouring gyms

Cons:
-Tiny free weight area
-Machines are crammed together, you can hardly move in between or load/unload. That's especially annoying when it's crowded. Gym area could be utilised better.
-Hardly anybody uses a towel, and the staff don't seem to mind it as they walk around and not say anything

New gym opened by an experienced team. Great variety of equipment, friendly staff, the protein / juice station is a really good idea, always clean, childrens corner, and the best priced gym in Sydney!

After being to most of the local gyms that offer functional classes I found this place to be the best fit for me at a great price. Best coaches and atmosphere! If there was an option for 6 stars they would get it. Love it! Attended the open day and what a great bunch they are. Very helpful and enthusiastic staff, better yet, the equipment was of the latest.

Great gym functional classes available or a cheaper base rate. Go the functional classes for a well rounded weekly training schedule with great coaches! There is a protein bar on site as well as clean and new equipment and facilities. Come down and join the fam today!

Holy moly, this is by far the best gym I have ever been to! No exaggeration! The good environment and awesome vibe from the staff members really bring the place alive. They provide extraordinary customer service and state of the art advanced equipment. But wait. THERES MORE! The layout and is simple and easy to get around and the place is very clean and hygienic. Good location near the train station and Strickland shopping centre. A lots of parking available near by.
