Fitness House Ladies

As someone who has worked extensively in mental health industry, I cannot emphasise enough on the importance of positive gym culture. I have been goer at a few well known large chain gyms that served me well until I found Fitness House.

It’s a low key gym with all the facilities one needs for a great session.

There is no exclusivity or elitism within the atmosphere, just a friendly simplified family run gym. I remember being in one of the top known gyms in Sydney and they had no air conditioning for many years, just these large fans that had me confused if i was at an airport or at a gym. The air con here is chilling!

Another issue with some gyms is you’re allowed to film and share whatever on social media! Why would a person want to humiliate another? FH policy does not allow this.

Also the unrealistic spread of false information at some gyms has turned fitness into a competition and a race to impress others.

What I love about this gym is it’s family owned: Simplistic!
It’s is well cleaned.
FH have hired the right people
adhere to a positive ethos, and goals for their clients are realistic and achievable.

This is an amazing gym it has all the equipment and services needed to gain muscle, loose fat, or tone and shape. I am extremely happy with the service of the staff they are extremely understanding and helpful. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable in the space that will potentially become your second home. I absolutely love how clean and tidy the gym is and love that every suggestion that is brought up the staff try to make it work for example the vending machine that was installed. I absolutely love the gym and hope it continues to progress towards its future.

I absolutely love this gym been going here since it opened. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on there faces. The place always smells amazing and is clean at all times. Can’t fail them on anything!

Very good customer service, good prices, lot’s of different equipments, friendly staff, always very clean and tidied up. There’s also easy access to free parking.

Worst gym worst staff! Rude! Don’t answer phone calls! Read your contact because there so many clause that will get you!

Amazing gym. I wish I started with this gym a long time ago. So spacious, the set up is amazing and it has all the equipment you need and affordable. The staff are always so kind too. Highly recommended.

I truly can't fault Fitness House Ladies gym with anything. The most welcoming, hygienic, and professional gym I have ever trained at. The staff are beyond amazing, the classes are awesome and the equipment is top of the range. Thank you for making my experience at Fitness House Ladies so very enjoyable and comfortable.

Even though management and reception is not very responsive, they update on their Instagram page and I have had no other issues at this gym.

Horrible gym. They lie to you to get you to sign up then change the rules. Also very dodgy practises.

The ladies in the office are the best! They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Absolutely love them. Equipments are good and clean.

Wow, where do I start? This is a high quality ladies gym. For the ladies that want to go to a ladies gym but miss all the weights a mixed gym provides, THIS is the place to be! Fitness House Ladies Gym provides women with a variety of equipment to meet all your needs, a wide range of cardio and classes. It supports women in meeting their goals. The beautiful staff will support you in all your needs and requests. And a fantastic personal trainers that will assist you in all your enquires. The gym provides a fantastic atmosphere, wonderful people and great facilities. OH and by the way they offer child minding for all those mothers looking to go to the gym. Massive space and cleaned regularly.

A gym that feels like home, the children love it and so do I can’t recommend enough, you need to go in and experience for yourselves

Very expensive! Never get yourself trapped.

They have some weird cancellation fees which you might not notice at first but later you will be caught.

All women's gym. The best setup when it comes too providing quality weight and cardio equipment as all gyms should be. No expense has been compromised.

Fitness House Ladies, is very well maintained and clean.

However, really need to improve on child minding. Although, you are reminded you need to book your child in for child minding, nobody answers the phone, Or their is simply no child minding on that day without any notice.

The downside to this, is that there is a very spacious area for child minding yet the service is not provided all the time.

Okay gym, mostly new equipment. Good trainers and great classes. Gave 1 star for equipment, the fact that it’s a ladies gym and nice environment. The owners need to step up with keeping the facility new and finding trainers that attend all classes with new material. Tuesday class was cancelled last minute because it’s “too cold”. What motivation does that give to attendees? So unprofessional and waste of time and money.

Also asked the staff to put a lock of one of the bathrooms- didn’t have a lock on it for a month+ and kept asking if it would be fixed but no. Inconvenient when you need to shower and there’s no lock.

None of the bathrooms have paper towel for your hands or even toilet paper. I don’t understand why they don’t stock this. Maybe too expensive for them? They really need to step up on the basic needs of a gym

They never answer the phone, classes are always cancelled last minute! Toilet paper and amenities are never refilled, this gym is just a rip AVOID AVOID AVOID!
