In the process of returning for treatment with Fergus for a couple of long-term injuries, I have been able to recommence a rehab exercise regime with renewable energy - despite not feeling particularly optimistic about the prognosis of my injuries in the first instance. Whilst undoubtedly knowledgeable, and a true embodiment of the principle of life-long learning, Fergus likes to maintain a straightforward approach. Ferg genuinely tries to inspire a sense of confidence that if you are willing to 'do' a couple of the most effective exercises you will be able to take back control of your injuries with continued focus & perseverance. Fergus is a no-nonsense, attentive, informative and straightforward physio. Saw him off the cuff as I was in the area at the time for a suspected ACL tear and his recommendations were very sensible.
