Great aquarium. Always solid stock levels of both Fresh water and Marine. Limited parking, yet worth the effort.

Great service. Ordered an aquarium on a Sunday, was available for pick up on Tuesday. Nice range of fish and plants with competitive pricing. Accessories are a little hit and miss on price but service & convenience come into play there!

Awesome place- very patient staff that know their product and willing to take time to teach. I bought a new impeller for my filter and the lady showed me how to put it in and clean. Not many places would. Top store

This place is truly amazing, there is so much to look at and thankfully they have absolutely brilliant staff to walk you through everything. We took the time to go over all my questions and it has given me some great ideas for what I want to do. There is so much livestock to choose from and some amazing prices and deals. Am looking forward to returning and getting everything started.

They have most of the items I am looking for to setup and maintain an aquarium. They also have salt water related items and fishes too.

Customer service and knowledge were great. Even helped me take the new tank to my car as I had pram and toddler with me.

Best local fish store in the Penrith area. Fish are always very healthy and all staff have good knowledge of what they are selling. They often have good deals when buying multiple fish.

Very rude staff. The lady who works there doesn't have a good attitude.
Every time I want to get some fish need to be concerned about her behaviour.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in all things Aquarium. If they haven't got it, they know where to find it. A comprehensive range of tanks in most sizes for the home, and can advise what types of fish for the environment you have. (Fresh, salt or tropical fish). If you don't have a go to store and live in the western Sydney area, make this your all things Aquarium store.

The shop is good and has a very big variety of aquatic products.
The staff do know their subject matter.
Maybe it's covid that everyone is on edge, but customer service should still be a priority.
I did make my first aquarium setup purchase here, not sure if I'll return.
Again, the shop does have good variety as compared to big box stores

I was impressed with FCA's extensive range of fresh and saltwater fish, tank setups, and accessories. Within moments of being in the store I was greeted and offered assistance. The staff I encountered were all very knowledgeable and willing to help answer my questions. All prices were reasonable if not on the cheaper side compared to some other places I've been. Everything was clean, and well maintained so you know anything you buy will be in good condition (including the fish!). Highly recommend for the beginners through to experienced fishkeepers. I will be back again:) Thanks!

Great place, good pricing, lots of options. Staff really well trained. Got some zebra danio as starter fishes. Wish had bought the tank from them as well as the one i bought from the mall is way overpriced

Best aquarium shop ive found so far in the penrith area.

I needed a powerful pump/filter for my backyard pond. Manager came over immediately and started going through the different options.even took out our final choice and showed us how to set it up and how to clean and maintain it properly.
I will be going there from now on for all my fish friends requirements including food.
