The most turst and honest agent I ever met, they don't play the real estate / auction game with you, they won't keep feeding you with fake low offer to squeeze your property value down. They only provide a real time feedback. They won't call you every second day to make up fake story to "keeping you update". For rental management in past, Allen did a fantastic job to manage my property. He never threaten me to fix something that was unnecessary. Property never vacant more than 1 week after the previous tenant left. Charges from their tradesman are almost 30% less than my own tradesman and they are very efficient as well.
