We had been looking for a rental property in the local area. Having contacted several agents and going through their processes we came across First National. The first difference was that we communicated with Jessica, who was like a breath of fresh air! Jessica’s communication skills were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made herself available for questions and returned all enquiries in a timely manner. This was a great help when navigating the rental world! We understand that it is a difficult time trying to find rental property. But, it is made so much easier and less stressful with real and prompt communication. Everything went smoothly, Kimberlee has been excellent to deal with. Never had an issue.
We were renting under Altitude Real Estate for approx 18 months unfortunately had to move due to owner selling.
They were very professional and kept us up to date with all receipts and communication.
Any maintenance issue were dealt with promptly.
