I have dealt with Wayne Singh for over 5 years now with buying and selling properties. He continues to be the most honest & reliable real estate agent. Always answering questions, requests and giving his opinion promptly. A great attitude for a seller & a buyer. Wayne has sold me a couple of properties with great results. My experience as potential buyer of a property David Singh was the agent for in 2021 was incredibly poor. As a result, we'd warn sellers to strongly consider working with him.

Our story, in brief: in 2021 Wayne was trying to sell a property that was 'off market' and only allowed for private inspections. I inspected the property twice with David and was initially interested before deciding it wasn't right for me. Reason: the house was in really poor condition and I thought it was overpriced. Our issues with Wayne:

1. During the inspections, he knew little of the property i.e, what was the square footage of the property and was the hot water system electric or gas? He also spent the first private inspection just sat on the couch as we walked around, which was a little strange.

2. The photos did not match the property at all. The photos were lifted from the last time the property was sold approximately 13 years ago. Since then, the property has changed dramatically and is in much worse condition.

3. In the days after letting David know we were no longer interested in the property, he sent me aggressive text messages telling me to—paraphrased—get my facts straight before inspecting properties and stop wasting people's time.

Overall, it was a terrible experience as a buyer that I feel sellers should be aware of. Moving forward, I'd actively avoid ever looking at properties represented by David Singh.

Update: it was David, not Wayne Singh. My mistake and apologies to Wayne. David works at Realty Way, so my review stands.

Before we contacted Wayne we had been advised by another local agent who highlighted all the negativities of our property with the current downturn in the market. Wayne has a different approach. He is so uplifting, a glass half full person. He was always willing to go the extra mile to secure a sale. He presents well and is personable, very professional but humble in his approach. He relays confidence and was always present to answer text messages, phone calls etc. He had our interests at heart and he closed on the sale of our property with a positive result.

Please tell your advertising contractors to stop putting your flyers in letterboxes clearly indicating "NO JUNK MAIL".
You also tried to ring the house bell and left a note stating: " you were trying to discuss for free market appraisal" come on man we are not interested selling our house.
This has now become really annoying.
"No junk mail means" that we are not interested in your products.
