Very bad experience. My original review was deleted despite sharing factual content of what I went through with these guys as a renter. It was a harrowing experience. Very unethical. Avoid.

I recently bought a property at Hammondville with the help of Chris, and it was an easy, positive experience from start to finish.
Chris was friendly and approachable and communication was excellent and straightforward throughout the whole process. He was helpful even with matters not directly associated with the purchase process.

We have just had a wonderful experience with Tim from First National Davidson. We have been looking for a rental property and Tim went out of his way to help us out. We were unable to attend some of the inspections for the places we were interested in, so he organised private inspections for us - both for properties he is managing but also for properties his colleague, who was unfortunately off work sick, was managing. Tim has been very responsive, flexible and professional. While we didn’t end up taking any of these places, we are very grateful for his wonderful service. Highly recommend!

First National Davidson Real estate is highly recommended and deserves six stars not only five! Chris and team serve mainly the areas of Holsworthy, Wattle Grove, Sandy Pt, Voyager Pt and Moorebank. Chris is a very honest real estate agent and tell you truthfully what the market situation is and not making big stories only to get your business.

They work with the client very professionally and adapt easily to whatever the situation of the seller is. They give great advice about the marketing strategy, work and listen to the ideas of the seller, are very responsive to questions and queries and are very patient.

Chris seemed never to be in a rush, takes all the time in the world to keep his clients both sellers and buyers happy. Has great professionals on hand who produce marvellous video tours /photos throughout the house which was a necessity for us with all the covid restrictions. The open houses were done only by appointment with a one on one viewing which takes the agent a lot of time however Chris managed with a breathe.

Very happy with the presentation of the property, sign writing, keeping us frequently informed about the progress and interested buyers.
Overall the best agent in the area, wouldn't change them for any other agent. Thank you Chris and team for your outstanding work!

I made an enquiry with this agency and I was contacted by Chris Davidson (owners son). Chris shared info on the property & I scheduled an inspection. We waited outside the property as he was late. The owners of the property felt bad and allowed us to go in and inspect. Approx. 25 min later he shows face. As serious buyers we made an offer to which he didn’t take to the vendors and brushed us off. After chasing him, he explained that he won’t take offers to the owners unless they are within the range he believes the property is worth. So I made another offer which was within range. Later I found out that he’s obligated to take all offers to the vendors. Every time I would follow up he’d say someone else put an offer that is $50K higher. It became almost a bidding game with him. I tried to deal with someone else because there were two individuals listed on the public listing but then I was contacted by Chris who told me “you can’t buy the property without me” so we entered into a heated discussion. After a few days he contacted me again telling me someone made a higher offer. So again I increased my offer. We started off in $1.8M and reached $2M. I incurred the cost of doing the pest and building because he didn’t want to enter into an agreement. Then he contacts me again with a story about how someone else put an offer of $2.1M.

Don’t EVER deal with Chris Davidson, he is very unethical and I’ll be taking legal action against them for the cost I incurred for the P&B. I’m also going to make sure that the NSW Fair Trading know about this behaviour as I’m sure it’s not ethical. A terrible experience with that agency, I’ll be sure to tell all my clients and all my relative to move away from this agency Davidson First.

I had been in contact with the agency from past 1 week regarding one of the house I was interested. Sam told me we need all your documents before any inspection. The team even reached out to my employer for the confirmation of my employment. After 5 days on Friday at 6.15pm Kristen called me and said there is an inspection tomorrow at 10am. We asked her is there any other time because 10am is not possible. She said no, 10am and we will see you. We changed our plans and some how made it the property at 10.09am. I informed her and Sam about the delay. When I met Kristen at the property she told me she already took the deposit from someone else. I was shocked. How could she take a deposit unless all the applicants have inspected the property? She said she took deposit 15min ago, so that was at 9.55am, and we had inspection at 10am. They already selected the applicant and took deposit. They lied to me. It’s very unethical and unprofessional what they did to me. It’s really not fair. After traveling so far, she said sorry we took the deposit from some one else. Is this way these agents work? I was really hurt. Atleast let applicants know if you don’t want proceed with them? This is completely wrong.

Chris exceeded our expectations from our first time we meet and exceeded our wildest expectations with our sale price. Chris was nothing but professional during our long journey of selling our family home which eventually sold within 24hr of hitting the market. We were never stressed and very informed the whole time.
