Purchasing a property can be a daunting experience, however, Andrew Valciukas of First National Real Estate, Narellan, made the whole process proceed smoothly. Andrew was efficient, very professional and always able to answer any of my many questions. He was able to provide full background on the property being sold. Andrew was very knowledgeable not only of the property but the entire area. He was always on time and punctual when an inspection or meeting was requested. Great service from this team. We needed to rent a property in this area while our new house is being built. Erin and Alexander were very helpful, found us a beautiful duplex in a great neighbourhood and held my hand through the leasing process. There were many small faults with the property, the previous tenants hadn't kept up maintenance. Erin and Alex were very patient in resolving the issues quickly. A good agent is not defined by the ability to get a lease signed by all parties, a good agent resolves problems outside the norm. These guys performed.

Outstanding. Andrew has been excellent, from answering phone calls on public holidays to help out, to organising late viewings and meetings as no other time was possible, nothing was too much trouble and even now after settlement he still checks on to see if everything is ok. 5 stars and would probably give more if possible

Halls family

As a landlord I cannot recommend this realestate. Tenant was $6000 behind in rent and the place was damaged over a 7 month period. Go figure? Their response was that I had should have been monitoring the rent falling behind as well. Well sorry, but this is why property management get paid to manage properties? I had to move to another realestate agent in order to get the tenant out. Sorry about the poor review but you do need to be particular who you let into landlords hard worked investments; not just collect property management fees.
