First national team have been amazing with communication, great help with finding a property, quick response time.

Zeta at First National Broken Hill has been my local Real Estate Agent and go to person for the past 17 years.

Based in Sydney, I needed someone I could trust as well as use them as a sounding board. Zeta was both.

Zeta is professional, knowledgeable and a genuinely lovely person.

Both Mitch and Zeta have handled purchases and sales on my behalf and I have been very happy with their effort, advice and the end results.

First National Broken Hill have been incredible during the process of selling our house. Mitch has always been incredible and quick to respond and has always been willing to talk to us when we weren’t sure what to do. Terrible. High tendency to try to claim bond for normal wear and tear or preexisting damage to property. Horrible service. Stay far far away if you don’t want to struggle for weeks on end.

Im a property professional who recently had the experience of dealing with Clifford. He seemed really nice and knowledgeable at first.

The problem came with the appraisal now he's done the right thing and sent me the appraisal and sent me through comparable sales for the area. That's fantastic very professional.

The only issue was if I had sent those comparable sales to an investor they would lose it. Most the sale comparable did not even have the same amount of bedrooms. None of them had the same amount of bathrooms. They were not similar sized blocks.
My mentor had a term for this comparing applapples and oranges. It's bad really bad.just to make things worse he had sent comparable through already with out the appraisal on the day he went through they were much better.

Zeta and the team at First National Broken Hill have just sold our property but have been managing it while under lease and at times vacant for over 5 years where they have gone over and above to assist us with the property as we dont reside in Broken Hill. We cant thank everyone from First National Broken Hill enough for the work that they have put in for our property and organisation.

An absolute real estate from hell.
If you're looking for a real estate to rent a house through, I strongly DO NOT recommend Broken Hill First National. They do not care about there tenants and if a rental is unhabitable.
My 2 children and I are now left with ongoing illnesses from mould from a rental that was rented through Broken Hill first national.
Furniture & alot of belongings that had to be thrown out because of the mould in the property.
My biggest fear was being evicted while Broken Hill was in a rental crisis while being a single mother.
On going emails to first national broken hill about the mould got me no where. Being told to just use mould killer.which done nothing but bleach it and it would come back.

On the 24th of August I requested a rental reduction due to the mould.
On the 30th of August I was emailed with a notice of termination due to the house being deemed unhabitable giving me 14 days to vacate the property. (I got it extended another 14 days).
The property was never viewed by a builder or a specialist to deem the house unhabitable. Purely because I spoke up I was evicted, leaving me just 1 month to find a house/ move out.

On the 21st September I was emailed a letter that the property would be accessed to have a quote done to have the mould removed and the roof assessed for leaks. - they never once looked into the roof

I strongly believe that a real estate should be held accountable just as much as the landlord for a property to make sure the house is habitable and that any repairs should be done within a reasonable time.

No person should have to go through the stress of this. No tenant should have to put up with living in a mouldy highly toxic house.
I am so glad that I found another house and I am out of the property.

My home was on the market for months with another agent and within weeks it was sold after Zeta and her team took over. They were a pleasure to deal with at every point and always returned phone calls etc when I had a question. Recommend the First National Team Highly!

Mitch and the team were a pleasure to deal with from day one. Nothing was a problem for them. Would recommend First National to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Certainly great and quick in an up market at selling your property however if you are looking for guidance and communication probably not your best option. Lucky I chose a good conveyancer to guide me. Apart from the initial appraisal and then the offer I never heard from the sales agent not even when it settled. I was sent a generic email. Quite Disappointing. Carly is lovely and very helpful who was always a pleasure to deal with.
