First National Real Estate Bathurst

Good afternoon, I have multiple residential properties with First National Bathurst. Our property manager is Morgan. I have been in contact with Morgan on a regular basis regarding change of tenants, leases renewals and repairs. I am more than happy with Morgan’s prompt response every time. Her communication skills are well above any other real estate that I have been involved with. Over the past 23 years. Well done Morgan.
I have also had communication with the sales team as well (Jacinta) and again the communication has been outstanding. I would highly recommend First National Bathurst to anyone looking to purchase property for themselves or to organise new tenants in property management. To the whole team have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year.

First national were great to deal with as tenants. They were quick to respond to any issues and seemed to be a happy medium between landlord and tenant during our rental process. Jarrod was exceptional to work with.

Edit 2023 - recently we had a heating problem at the onset of winter. Staff at FN were great in response and our thanks go to them and to the very consciencious owner of our rental for the rapid repair.

2021 - During the current housing crisis in Bathurst, First National staff were understanding, responsive and respectful. They did everything they could for us which resulted in a great house in a very short and fuss free time.

My experience with the First National team at Bathurst has always been seamless. We been tenants with the agency for the past year and have found their service incredibly responsive and professional.

First National Bathurst is a very welcoming and warm real estate. They helped me find what property would be best suited to me and how to complete the rental process. I have so much respect for the team. They are all well educated and deserve the recognition.

I once had a good rapport with First National, but after having to deal with a property manager with a request for a change of date for an inspection for my daughter due to a death in the family I view them now with nothing but disdain. We requested a change of a couple of days to an inspection, due to it being when my father's funeral was on and her housemate was currently in hospital with a serious condition. The male PM whom I talked to after my daughter had tried was nothing but rude and condescending from the start of the conversation to the end, refusing to be of any help. We have had to approach advocacy for them to hopefully show some decency in this situation. Contractors dealing with FN have found the same issue with this property manager too. My daughter did say that someone by the name of Kim was amazing, but to me, this has taken away the shine of a company I once liked. Stay away from them.

Being a first time tenant I had no idea what I was doing of what to expect. First National were with me all the way. They answered any emails promptly and were always informative and fair with my requests/questions. When it came time to leave I chose to clean the house myself, this was no easy task being that it was brand new when I moved in and lived there for two years. When I had finished I was happy with the result, after final inspection I got a phone call from Morgan who had to inform me that there were things that did need extra work. At the time I was deflated and feeling sad, but after meeting at the property with Morgan I was reassured and confident I could fix the outstanding issues. Morgan so kindly gave me a little extra time to tidy things up and it was all the time I needed. Morgan and her colleague (sorry I forgot his name) made me feel valued and proud again of what I had achieved. I would like to thank First National and the team for everything and also the office is so beautiful when you walk in. It’s modern, fresh and inviting! I will be back 100%

One of the best places for property management! I recently needed some advice regarding renting out my property, spoke with Kaitlyn and jarrod in property management team and was given amazing advice.
I would 100% recommend first national for looking after all your rental needs. I would also recommend speaking with Kaitlyn and Jarrod.

Was enquiring about rental properties in the Bathurst area and Kaitie has been so helpful and knowledgeable - always makes time to answer queries I have about applications, standards and lease properties and makes it seem a breeze! Definitely recommend!

I went into this establishment to enquire about selling our home.

I unfortunately was left with a bad taste after overhearing the "receptionist" say to another member of staff that they won't rent houses to "ethnic" families "because of the smell". Hopefully it was just the receptionist that has these views and not the entire business but it is safe to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Disappointing to see that racism is still thriving in Bathurst.

Heads up Think twice about doing any deals with these guys absolutely pathetic service do not recommend them at all! So many other R E in the area who respond to your queries and are much friendlier
