I can highly recommend First National Real Estate. Angela Goodare has managed my rental property for several years. She is professional, experienced and easy to deal with. She always immediately got back to me whenever I had a question or needed anything. She has an exceptional skill of liaising with the tenant and landlord and making sure everybody has their needs met.
I also sold my property with the help of Brad Dunham. Thanks to his experience and expertise, I sold my property very quickly at a price that exceeded my expectations.
I would certainly employ their services again.

Worst experience while rental house, no electrician will come to fix hot water system for 4 days, kitchen light gone for around 1 week, agent (IAN) will blame you for blowing up water system without any evidence and will say you to cook in daylight as considering fuse light as inconvenience not an emergency even u live with kids

First of all thanks for coming back to me and addressing the feedback. I understood there might be unavailability of electrical mechanic in town but is that the right way to address the tenant
Cooking in day light.
Yes he blame us.without asking us he told me on phone u guys are playing with the power switch of hydro system even we don't have any idea where the button is
Always curse cooked food by saying it's having odour this thing I have been told two times on phone and on inspection as well.
If I ask to fix something I have been replying by saying u guys are so demanding and it's disgraceful to have you as tenants.
I am not here to play blame games as Ur officer did with us
Tried to contact the other alternative numbers and email given on lease agreement but never get any reply from other side.

We dealt with Mellinda throughout our tenancy with First National Armidale. From the very start taking us to look through the property before applying for the tenancy, through to the end being our vacation review. Nothing was ever too hard, Mellinda was on top of all repairs that needed doing, responded to all our questions and queries, and went above and beyond when the owner of our property ended our lease, helping us get into another property within 48hrs.
