Almost another year is gone! Time to praise Katie and her support team who has been our property manager for 7 or 8 years. Always excellent service, consistent, reliable, efficient, responsive and very nice to deal with! I hope the principal at FNCH appreciate and value what an outstanding member Katie is!

Katie has been very helpful in keeping my property in check, never misses to update me on what’s going on and I m very happy with the service Katie and her team has provided this far. Sophie is one of the best property managers I have ever known and worked with. She is hard-working and knowledgable of different local rental markets. In fact, I was provided with sound advice regarding some minor renovation based on her insightful market reviews. I had rental applications straight after that, which was extremely helpful. Most importantly, when it boils down to issues such rent arrears or damages to my property, Sophie stands out as someone who is diligent and industrious at her job. She guided me through the entire legal process step by step on moral grounds. In addition, Sophie is responsive to every query I have had; even when she is busy, she makes sure she will respond to me within 24 hours the next business day. Highly recommend Sophie's and her team's services to any landlord out there and would have given her 10/5 stars were I able to do so having been with First National Chester Hill for more than half a decade now.

I normally do not write reviews but I had to jump on in here and thank Alyssa for being so sweet and helpful. She is such a nice girl. I was after a house for me, wife and children and explained my situation. Same day she told me what option we had and got me a beautiful home. I can’t thank her enough. I wish all real estate agency would actually help and respect the tenant like she did. After having so many bad experience with nothing but rude realestate agency Alyssa felt like a blessing send from above. Keep up your amazing work first national chester hill. Excellent service from Katie who is managing our property at Chester Hill. We pretty much knew we wanted her to manage our property after meeting her in person at an open house in the area. First Nationals has been looking after my property for a number of years now and it has been a great experience mainly thanks to Katie H.
