Happy with our sale result
David has good knowledge of the local market. We found him to be professional and easy to communicate with and he always respected our wishes. David provided regular updates on how our sale was going and we felt that we could contact him at anytime.

Over a period of 2 weeks we made multiple calls to the Agent Owen. Not one reply from him. Myself, my daughter & son in law all called & left messages. We even called the office & left message. Nothing. Interestingly enough today when it is exchanging we get a call. We believe this was an inside job. A friend or someone they knew was interested in the property so they just did not get back to us until we were not able to make an offer. I find this behaviour by agents unethical. A simple return of at least one of our calls to say someone had made an offer would have been not only good manners but good business behaviour. Do not go with this agency if you want an ethical person to represent you.

I have been wanting to move to Kiama for 4 years and realised that the rental property market was difficult to move into.

On an off-chance, recently I phone Anne-Marie at First National Coast and Country and asked her if any property was available that met my requirements. She thought about it for a second and referred me to her colleague Deb Murphy, who had a property about to enter the market.

Owen sold our house in under a week and only had the one day of open homes.
