I initially spoke with Tim from First Logistics who seemed very nice upon first contact, and requested more information by email regarding my shipment arriving from China over the next few weeks.

Tim advised that shortly after this he’d send me a quote for these goods to be brokered through customs and delivered to my address.

This was last Friday and still not even a quote. After calling their office 3 separate times since first contact, I’ve basically been told each time by Tim and 2 other employees “Sorry we’ve been flat out and will get back to you ASAP”.

Still no quote however, and after emailing two other Freight companies yesterday I was greeted by 2 responses within literally 20 minutes.

Both companies had provided a detailed quote and advised of all other documentation that I needed to ensure a smooth clearance process and avoidance of any hidden fees.

Very poor form First Logistics!

The guys at First Logistics really helped us out with our 1st import shipment getting cleared through customs and delivered safely and on time I highly recommend their services for any importers or exporters. David O'Neill Managing Director - DTON Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Very unprofessional, they have numerous hidden costs.
I would NOT suggest taking their service. After paying over full price for delivery I was forced to help the driver. My packages arrived dented and Very rude customer service.
