First Class Glass

We contacted First Class Glass to replace our shower screens and mirrors in our bathrooms. Firstly, Ben quickly arranged for one of his team (Nathan) to come around and give us some ideas, they were really professional and made some good suggestions on what would and what would not work. We received the quote the following day and placed our order.

We were contacted to have the old screens removed and the areas prepared for our new rimless glass screens and mirrors. What I liked was that it was Nathan who did the work. Not someone different who first visited the job.

Shortly afterwards our new rimless screens & mirrors were fitted and they look great and you would never had known the old screens were there. People have commented on how good they look. Quality product, quality work, reliable and responsive. Would highly recommend.

We have used first class glass on more than one occasion in our business, the quality of work is incredible.
We had a glass entry door panel shatter, needing to be replaced after a minor bump when someone walked into it, the response was quick, and the quality of glass used was so good, in a recent attempted break in, the glass panel held up & the intruder.was unable to break it, after multiple attempts with a metal bar it only cracked.
I have used other glass companies in the past to replace the 6mm toughened fire safe glass at home, (that has since needed replacing again. While the other companies were adequate, & I’m sure having to replace the glass agin is just coincidental, they were not as responsive, professional and I do not have the same confidence in the quality of workmanship in them as I do the first class glass team.

I had a rectangular piece of 5mm glass that i needed to reduce in length. Not only were they pleasant and obliging on the phone in suggesting that I could bring it straight over, but they also did the job for me, on the spot, gratis. Fabulous!

Ben, Nathan and Brad are a pleasure to deal with. When they made a mistake (in making me a new piece of glass), they apologised and rectified the mistake quickly! The end result is excellent! I'd highly recommend First Glass Glass for all your glassing needs.

First Class Glass is exactly what the business name lives up to. Josh and his apprentice came out on short notice and they did a massive effort on repairing my balcony sliding door. As a small business owner, i own two of my own businesses and Josh is an absolute asset to this business.polite, straight shooter, has the old school work ethic and was nothing but a pleasure having them both here for repair. O'brien came out twice and in the end, i used some four letter words and got you guys out. I was that impressed with efficiency, the workman ship, and his no mucking around, and lets get this done attitude. Nothings too hard for him. It's extremely hard to find team members with extremely good customer service and communication skills like that these days, so please make sure they both get noted for my kind review. I am also going to have a brand new shower screen put in when i'm not poor again and can afford it. If i could give a 10 star i would. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
