Honest & Efficient - I couldn't recommend these guys more, I use them for all my business marketing bits & pieces and cannot fault them. I was using cheap and nasty sites like Vista print and funnily enough they were not far off the dollar mark but offer reliable, quick and honest service the number of times I had to call vista print to resend the 10,000 flyers they shorted me was ridiculous. I have never once had to do this with first class!

Poor workmanship. I ordered a mug with photo printed and there are stains on the side near the handle. It's obviously noticeable but didn't make a new one. No time to replace it for Christmas present.

I spoke to Steven on the phone on Tuesday enquiring about the possibility of a same day turnaround for an Order of Service for a funeral happening today. He and the team got the order ready for pickup within 42 minutes of my emailing them the file. They accepted payment on pickup. The price was amazingly low.
