First Choice Clothing Alterations

I've been taking my alterations to Sue at First Choice for years now and she does a brilliant job each time. I highly recommend her for all your tailoring needs.

I’ve only ever gotten pants altered here. The work is good. However expensive compared to others. I got cotton pants cut shorter for work. Charged me $28 per pants. The lady was trying to make it sound like the price was ok coz she will ‘give me a receipt to claim back on tax coz it’s work related’. Hmm.i think she knew she was over charging. Went to level 1 alterations and much cheaper, with receipt included Lol. I agree the gentleman here is quite rude! Sorry probably won’t be back

I took my son’s leather jacket to this store for a repair on the left arm back side of the jacket, when I returned to get my jacket they did stitch it but they also burned the two upper back shoulders of the jacket, the jacket also had puncture wholes and scratches on it, they ruined my son’s jacket and when I complained about it they denied they did it, I am now going to the fair trading. Do not take your clothing to these people they will ruin your clothes, they don’t even deserve 1 star

I highly recommend first choice alterations. They are very professional and are amazing at what they do

The quality of work is poor and also expensive, charge me $76 for 4 judo gi patches, cant even do a centre alignment with the back patch, its just common sense, no attention to details at all, disappointed.

Thanks heaps! I will always prefer their service because they are very good in altering pants and suits.i have won the Longines Price for Elegance last April 2022 because they perfectly altered my pants and suit! And good customer service as well!

Put my suit in on a wednesday, said i needed friday, was pushed to wait till monday at 4pm. I arrived at 4pm and they had not even started now im standing around waiting wasting my time. Do yourself a favour and use a bigger place as no staff here really shows.

A good alterations centre but I found the prices a bit out of my reach, maybe because of the high rents.

They are life savers! They are like family to me, always saved the day when i've had a rip in my favourite pants or needed to alter jeans! Always good knowing if something goes wrong or i need clothes taken in, that they will help 100% and very efficient! Never had an issue

I walked in on a Sunday with my sons pants to alter for his confirmation the next day and desperately asked Susan if she can complete the alteration by the afternoon and she replied with `go do you’re shopping & come back when you’re done’. 1 hour later the pants were altered. Would not provide me with a quote even though I asked several times, didn't listen to my request about length of alteration, wasn't a neat finish and was overcharged for the job, I did get my item on time, but overall very dissapponted with the result of the alteration.
